Absolutely fantastic stay. I was stuck in Saskatoon because of the recent storm for the last couple days. The room came with extra blankets and a plug in heater and towels. The bathroom is shared down the hall with a shared kitchen. The kitchen has a big fridge for you to keep your food and dishes and a dishwasher. They also give you a tag to get in after hours so you don’t get locked out and a code for your door. There’s internet and parking available as well. It was lovely and the people there were so nice. The only thing you have to be aware of is that if you’re a wheelchair user it’s not very accessible since the kitchen is in the basement and to get to each of the floors from the porch you have to go up/down a flight of stairs. It was great for me and is close enough to walk to a couple places to eat or getting essentials. For such a good price I’ll definitely be staying there again.

On their website they advertise laundry faculties available for guests. The one washer and one dryer is used by cleaning staff all day until 4pm. Guest then race to be the first at the washing machine. So good luck! Laundry is only available until 8pm when the last load is expected to be finished drying.There are over 20 rooms and their can be as many as 40 people so it is difficult to get a chance to wash your clothes. It is also difficult to cook during peak hours when most people like to eat because it is a small kitchen with one stove. It is also a race to the washroom in the morning and a line up to take a shower.The condiments as advertised is also false. There is how ever many past dated condiments that past guest have left behind...gross!Also the wifi didn't work in my room, so I couldn't look up bus routes to get to a grocery store and the staff wasn't able to print anything off for me from their computer. And in the basic rooms, a double bed actually means a double bed, so if two people are considering sharing it one will fall off!

Thankful I was able to stay close to my loved one at the ruh. Staff were all very kind. Room was comfortable and everything is really clean. I was there for a week stay and it was quiet and relaxing. Also affordable. Recommend!

Extremely clean and organized. The communication went absolutely fine although I checked in at 1 AM. The kitchen and washrooms were super clean. Totally worth the price.

Good price and excellent location. Shared bathrooms not so great especially if you're there for surgery. They should have rooms with own shower but other then that excellent! Great people

Overall great place it's more of a community met really great people here and had awesome experience if I didn't get an apartment I would've loved to stay here longer

My wife and I had a really good experience staying here. Friendly staff and clean rooms. On one other time I had to cancel with them with less than 24 hours notice and they were really nice about it and did not end up charging me a fee.

Not a fully equipped hotel, but a great place if you need a ROOM. The bathrooms are shared, but squeaky clean. There is a shared kitchen, fully equipped with all cooking needs and two full sized refrigerators. The rooms are rented mostly for people who have family or other needs at the nearby Royal University Hospital. The rooms are SO MUCH more affordable than anything else in the city, but do phone to see if you qualify if you do not have a connection to someone getting treatments at the hospital. There are 15 rooms to rent, but only 8 parking spots, so parking is first come-first served. Double parking is allowed, giving 12 spots, which has been adequate for the time I have been here, I've never been out in the cold as far as parking goes. The owners are GREAT. Very compassionate and accommodating. The atmosphere is like a big house (which it is) with a bunch of temporary room mates. Shoes off at the door, lets respect each other's space type environment. It's like a big bed & breakfast, but no food is provided (but spices and condiments are in the kitchen cupboards if you want to cook your own meals). They also have great WiFi.

Laura's Lodge is excellent for patients, students and educators. Staff are so accommodating and kind. The rooms are clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet and affordable. Thank you!

I stayed there for 12 days. It's excellent place to stay in. Very clean . Everything was excellent. Had no problem at all with anything whatsoever. The staff were always willing to help. I was able to cook as they have all the cooking facilities. They have 2 fridges where you can label and store your food. I living room area was relaxing . Generally I felt it like home, far better than hotels.
