BMO Bank of Montreal

BMO has the worst customer service. Just try and use there help line. Made a mess of opening an account for my 13 year old. Then would not fix without dragging him out of school to sign a document allowing the tap feature. Witch they should have done the first time we waited 20 minutes to get to a teller.

Staff seemed friendly, but the outdoor queue is unshaded. I was unable to wait for an extended period in direct sunlight, so I had to leave. I will go to a bank that takes appointments instead.

I can't stand coming into this place. Line up is always 30 mins plus and there's never more than one teller working. Also they make you jump through hoops to do the tiniest thing that we've all done a million times in 1 minute at any other branch!

Avery is very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us open an account. I also greatly appreciate the lady with the eyeglasses, she helped us save our time to deposit cheque in our savings account.

I gave them 1 star cause I counld not give -1 for they are the worst bank to go to I went talked to them about opening a bank and cause the promotion thing they had was fake I told them the same day I'm not opening one and cause I never banked with them they put it on my credit report to screw me cause I dont vani with them and never wanted to they screw you by putting it on your credit report and stolen cheque, forged cheque , worthless , and NSF cheques to screw you around especially when I dont drank with them ever there a scam and cons and will in anyway ruin your life if you dont vani with them so if I was you I'd not talk to them or they will ruin you

Erin is the best teller on this bank..she’s so helpful ang knowledgeable on what she’s doing...this 5 star is for her..she deserves it.

Very bad service

Walked into the branch looking to have an issue resolved with my BMO Auto Finance, and spoke to Anada. I was surprised to hear someone literally tell me that the issue isn't because of any errors on the bank side of things, but solely laid the blame, on a local dealership for dealing with a branch location in BC. I was rushed out of her office, after only being there for about 20min because she had an appointment" at 12

It's my first time at this branch. I had interaction with Erin Wang. She's so helpful, and so friendly.Pulkit and the branch manager Khal are also very professional.I will use this branch in the future.5 Stars

This branch has some of the worst customer service ever. Don't mean to be a Karen but its the truth. They are awful at communication, incredibly difficult to reach out to. If you have any problem with your account good luck getting them to care enough to actually help you. Would give 0 stars if I could.
