I came in for a mani-pedi and the experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and talented. I have really dry and cracked cuticles due to canadian weather. They saw this and took such good care of me. They were careful and patient with it. We ended up chatting the rest of the appointment and my nails and toes look phenomenal!!

I have been doing my nails there in the last few months since I’ve found them and honestly they are the best . Always able to do the design that I ask for and I’m always satisfied when leaving and their customer service is amazing. They make you feel so comfortable are all so so sweet ! Highly recommend

i send her the first image as inspiration of what i wanted. but the results are nothing like the picture. she was bitter too because i said i didn’t like it the way the ombre looked. even her coworkers were laughing at the her nail design. what a joke.

I was welcomed with so much hospitality from the staff. All the ladies working there were so so friendly!!Not only that, Sophia, the tech that did my nails was so attentive to what I wanted and provided me with a set that was simply gorgeous. Book your next appointment there asap!

The worst nails job Ive ever had. The lady said I was not sitting properly, hence why she could not get my nails done right… you can see bumps and holes in my nails (ask for the dipping powder set). Also they are not even filed properly. I had to file them myself when I got back home. I have been going to multiple different nails salons for the past 15 years, never this happened to me. Are you able to do nails or no? Dont put the blame on me when it is you who is very impatient and wants to do my nails as quickly as you can because you overbooked yourself. Never going back. Terrible service. She redid 4 of my nails because they were terrible, and they still have some bumps even after redoing it. Never again.

My mom went to get a pedicure here and the girl doing her pedicure took a chunk out of her foot when she was scraping it. She was bleeding and is now in a lot of pain. The issue is not with the mistake because I understand that mistakes happen. They offered her a 10$ discount (she should not have been charged) the girl doing her nails then told her it was her fault for not raising her foot up enough. Personally I think this is unacceptable and not a way to run a business. My mom is now in a lot of pain. Would not recommend this nail salon due to lack of accountability and compensation for injuring a customer

The first time I went there, they were nice so I went back. The next time I went back I wanted the acrylic off so that if my nails were long enough I would keep my real nails, if not I would do acrylic again. She took them off and immediately wanted an answer. I responded you still have to clean them I will confirm before you finish cleaning them. She started yelling at me like a child I got up and left they tried to tell me $30 to take off, i gave him $20 cause thats what it was last time.They are rude and the price always changes make sure you ask how much first.I dont recommend this place, sometimes they do it good and sometimes they dont, which should not happen since they are expensive.

Very professional service done by the nail technicians here. All of them were very friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed my experience here. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future :)
