I had an urgency to see Doctor Lewi for a sudden medical issue. I’m very grateful for the front office staff Joy for her excellent help in securing an appointment right away. Completely appreciative for her help and Doctor’s Lewi time during this busy season.

worst clinic experience ever. I booked appointment days before and came in on time. After checking in with the receptionist,they let me wait for 1 and half hour before taking me to the room. In the meantime I even said to front desk that I have appointment with my accountant later on. if the waiting time is too long, I can come back another time. The lady told me I will be the next and then 40 mins after I m stillllllll waiting.I feel their appointment schedule system is pointless, no matter u book it or not, u will still feel like a walk in patient coz the waiting time is basically unsure.If u precious your own time, go to somewhere else to see doctor, u might still have to wait in the meantime but it won’t be this crazy.I think they need to improve their customer service skill and show less attitudes toward to their patient.

Dr. Lewis is an incredible family doctor. He always has been patient and taking care of my health. He provides an outstanding medical care and excellent treatment. I also want to mention about the front desk staff Joy, who provides an excellent service with patience and kindness. She is always ready to help and support with a beautiful smile. I really appreciate her.

DOCTORS ARE LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I inquired if the clinic accepted new clients and how to book an appointment for walk-in. The lady on the phone told me that they were very busy, so she didn’t have time to answer me.No clear instructions and receptionists are rude and unprofessional. If they are not able to be polite and can't take new patients, they should just tell us. BS service here. Read the reviews below.

We had an urgent emergency and required Dr. Lewi to sign off some documents for my grandparents. Joy arranged for a quick appointment to see Dr. Lewi immediately. Our family is so grateful for the help and continuous support from both Joy and Dr. Lewi during these difficult times.

Rude people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!I tried getting a new doctor with them who was accepting patients and booked a slot with her, there was no information provided that the doctor was late or anything and when I called to enquire the receptionist is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as the doctor.Thankfully, I did not get a doctor here. I guess they also prefer people from their own country and not anyone else (seems like it).

I set a phone call appointment with Dr Sheikh at 9am. It is currently 954am as I write this review. There has been no phone call from the clinic since 9am.I have also tried calling the clinic directly over 8 times in the past hour and there has been no answer or any method of leaving a voicemail.

This the WORST experience I’ve ever had for a doctor appointment, Stepan, who I don’t even want to call a doctor, not only late for appointment, but also very RUDA and UNPROFESSIONAL! I booked appointment because my HR recommended me, since my stress level is very high. He does NOT want to help, no patient at all, cutting off my conversation, doesn’t even let me explain and describe my situation! I think he doesn’t care about patients and doesn’t consider mental health issues are important, all he said is I’M NOT GOING TO HELP YOU, I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY ISSUE. And hang up on me. I mean, if you don’t have patience and passion for your job, just stay home! With this attitude and behavior, good luck!

I missed my appointment and I was very upset because from when I made the appointment it was a 6-day wait and when I called in I thought I was going to get attitude and the person would be mad but the secretary was extremely nice I stopped crying and she made me a new appointment for 2 days later. I was really happy that the nurse understood that sometimes people sleep in or are late.Reading the previous reviews, I'm not sure how today is going to go but DR. STEPSN VOTSTRETSOV moved from Cook Rd Medical Clinic and I really like this doctor - so understanding and not judgemental at all. He used to be a gynecologist so when it comes to my yearly paps, He knows what he's doing.

I had very bad experience with this clinic’s representative because she was very rude and unprofessional customer service at all. I inquired if our clinic accept new clients and how to book an appointment for walk-in. She told me we are so busy and over 500 patient, so she didn’t have time to answer me. Only told me the website even I didn’t hear what she said clearly. She interrupted me and handed up the phone. I understand the clinic alway busy, but she was very bad attitude. Otherwise, she asked me registered online, but I went to the website and cannot find how to register the family doctor online.
