Kernels Popcorn Limited

My wife and I attended Kernels at the Bayfield Mall today around 5:00 pm, what a great experience. All the staff were extremely friendly, the popcorn looked delicious and the store was very clean. The staff had a great sense of humour. Please pass along our fantastic experience.

Friendly service and she didn't mind at when I asked for samples.I like resealable bags.

If i could give the manager 0 stars i would…. watched her scream in a teenage employees face (which i believe the manager is at fault here) infront of customers and then proceed to talk bad on the employee after she walked away from the situation… do better with who you hire

I don't know what country the owner of Kernels popcorn is from, but in Canada it is standard and our right to exchange cash for goods and services.... This so called Canadian" company decided to ignore our Canadian right to pay with cash... They will not be getting any more of my money... Here's a tip if you don't want to feel stupid for paying $20 for 25 cents worth of popcorn... Go to Dollar Tree and buy Bad Monkey popcorn for $1.50 a bag

Worst place ever! They do not treat a hard working employee with respect, talking down to a worker is deemed disrespectful and very unprofessional! Manager needs to get terminated ASAP!I hope HR hears about this

The girl running the counter was by far the rudest person and rudest interaction I’ve ever had in the last two years cutting me off and saying have a nice day before I can even order anything

Can't use cash this is not right . Canadian currency should not be refused as a payment

The new manager is HORRIBLE,I don’t like to speak like that about people however I’m sister is 17 and dedicated her time to her position, so much so the manager had asked her what days she’s like off on a certain week, which was only 2 days due to appointments and the fact that she had been working so often to help cover shifts. After her appointments she had stopped in to make a purchase and the women had the nerve to humiliate her and start an argument with her infront of multiple customers about what she should do with her time on HER day off. Complaining that she as the manager, had to work alone yet makes a team member do so multiple times through out the week? Sad excuse of a “boss” and team leader if you ask me.

Great atmosphere. Great staff. Sometimes the line ups are long and wait times are long because of people being unsure and wanting to sample every flavour. Understandable if they are out of flavours it is because you have come really close to closing time. I know this because as a person that works in the mall it's usually the only time I have to go grab some.
