Very unhappy with the dental work here. Was a client when it was Dr. Sirisko and stayed on for a short while when the new dentists took over. Dr. Bahn recommended 13 fillings (all of which I did following their advice) even though Dr. Sirisko said only 3.Not long after they were done, the fillings started cracking and falling out! I went to a new dentist for another opinion and they did fresh x-rays. I was told the cavities shouldn’t have been filled to begin with as they were very small, and as well the tooth wasn’t cleared enough before the filling was put in so the cavity continued to grow under the fillings done by Dr. Bahn. EVERY SINGLE FILLING had to be replaced!!! Almost all of them cracked or fell out, the others had to be replaced as the cavity grew under them.While Dr. Bahn was very friendly and sweet, unnecessary procedures were done, and very poorly at that. A costly mistake.

Been a client for 20+ years to the newer management (coming up on 5 years) Never had any problems. Know who I am, accommodated me when I had urgent care requirements. Friendly. Seem lots of upgrades over the years film to digital. When I've had dental requirements they've given me options and haven't felt it's all about making money off of me. Very happy.

The customer service here is horrendous. I have been a loyal client (been coming here since my first dentist appointment as a child and I'm now 30). Every time I leave I am disappointed and frustrated with how the receptionist handles things. There isn't anything wrong with the dentist or hygienists, but the receptionist is rude, inconsiderate, and not helpful. I'm switching dentists today after I had (once again) a bad experience there this morning.

I had been going for 25 years. Dr. Sirisko was great. Dr. Banh Quel Linh - Not so much. Staff and Hygienists are great. Dr. Banh is very pleasant, funny, etc. But her work is sub par at best as it turns out. Replacement of amalgam fillings was very poor leaving old amalgam behind, piling on top of it, etc. Misdiagnosis, ignored cracked teeth. I just got back from my new dentist. Root canal that should have been done a year ago and replacement of her recent composite filling work. There is much better out there and I suggest you search...

Been a client here for 30+ years. Having moved around the GTA a lot, I still make the trip back here, even after the new owner took over. Everyone is friendly and thorough in their work, and I appreciate that they are honest and not trying to make any extra money off me.

We’ve been patients here from the time Dr. Magaffin owned the practice/client base. This is no reflection of Dr. Bhan or Dr. Chris Young but the denturist (Linda) is an absolute hack job and is the reason we will NEVER come back to here. My dad went through hell over the last 5 years and spent thousands of dollars with this butcher who calls herself a denturist. Multiple adjustments at $200-500 at a time only for them to never fit right and break to having to go elsewhere now and getting new dentures fitted perfectly the first time and also no adjustments needing to be done every other month. Filing a complaint with the RCDSO association.

When I had a dental emergency many years ago, Dr. Sirisko did such an amazing job that I switched over to this clinic. Since he retired and I've been with Dr. Bahn, it had been a let down to say the least. The hygienists have always been very great and the receptionist friendly. Sadly the small instances have been adding up and I am at the final straw.When I had my wisdom teeth removed she explained it would be very gentle and she uses skill over force, yet during the procedure she told me to pull back against her while she was yanking the tooth fragments out; where I had massive amounts of swelling during the recovery.A few years back I contacted them about potentially having a cavity on one side; there was no response about the tooth I had concerns about) but they told me I needed a filling on another tooth on the other side of my mouth. For the duration of the procedure, Dr. Banh was chatting and gossiping about topics I did not think were very professional or appropriate with the person assisting her. About a week or less later it came out and I had to get it refilled.Over the years it seemed to have grown darker underneath that filling (in which I suspect was not cleaned out properly and the cavity grew) and finally this week the filling came out AGAIN as well as a large chunk of my tooth breaking off from the growing cavity.I am now uninsured/without coverage and am not willing to go back to pay hundreds out of pocket to get another awful job done in attempts to restore the tooth. If it was done correctly to start, when I had coverage, I would not have to go through this extra time and money spent. Never had I had a filling come out before, and definitely not the same filling more than once. Never had a felt so strongly that I felt compelled to leave a review. I would much rather look elsewhere for more competent reliable work and for ease of mind.
