Dave was very thorough and explained all of his findings to me in a way that was easy for me (a first time home buyer and someone with very limited knowledge of home construction) to understand. He made us aware of some issues that allowed us to negotiate 3K off the asking price. His report is a valuable resource that I will refer to after purchase to know exactly what upgrades need to be done.

Dave was very thorough and answered all the questions we had for him during our home inspection. He noticed a few small isues with our house and explained to us what we could do to correct them as he went along. I was a first time home buyer, and Dave was just amazing. Dave was more than through; he had actually inspected 2 homes for me. He went over both homes very efficiently and most important very effectively. He took me through every part of both homes that I was looking to buy at that time. Dave gave me recommendations on what to change, what to look out for, and also provided me ideas on what I could do myself.
