Very impressed with the level of service I received from PlumbWize from the initial call to the service. I called in and spoke with Leanne and described what I needed done in my laundry room. She had John call me back promptly and set the appointment.The guys who came in were Frank and Chris, both very friendly and able to assess the problem and come up with a solution pretty quickly. I needed the pipes redone from our basin to the new washing machine we just bought and everything secured down properly. They had all of the necessary parts in their truck and were able to the job same morning.They both explained what they needed to do, gave me some options and also provided tips if I run into any future issues. They also gave me what I believe to be a fair price.Overall very positive experience from beginning to end with these guys and would absolutely recommend to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Called Jason up to do his usual good work! We had a small bathroom that needed an update. Jason helped us make a crowed small space, into a nice place to be. His crew is very professional, he uses skilled trades in all of the appropriate areas. Protected the floors and carpeted stairs at the beginning of the Job. Kept the work area clean. Always made sure we were happy with the work. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Contacted Jason at PlumbWize on the recommendation of a furniture cleaner. Although not really in his service area, Jason kindly accommodated us promptly. He and Chris T. were professional and courteous quickly identifying the problem. The nature of the problem, appropriate options and practical recommendations with a view to the economics of each were fully and clearly explained. As far as the dreaded bill at the end, entirely reasonable and fair for excellent service. I would have no hesitancy in calling Plumbwize should the need come up.

I paid a lot of money to have a contractor redo the kids bathroom. We got a new tub and shower. Within a month it was raining on the main floor. We called the contractor, a quick fix and they are out. I always felt uncomfortable about the work the contractor did but it was holding. Then the drain got clogged and plunging the drain broke the seal and down comes the rain. I called the contractor but all I got were excuses of how it was my fault. Fortunately Jason at PLUMBWIZE sent me 2 guys, they arrived on time, they finished on time and left my house cleaner than when they got there! I watched over there shoulders and understood exactly what went wrong. Contractors move walls and don't specialize in plumbing. Oh my God I can't believe how confident I feel now letting my kids use that shower. Before I just expected the ceiling to come splashing down, now I know I will never have to worry again about that tub leaking ever again. I pride myself in being handy around the house and would rather by the right tool than hire someone. On this one, I am glad I conceded defeat and called these guys. Some things just require a professionals touch. I laughed to myself thinking I can solder copper pipes but he took 15 minutes where I figured it would take me a few hours with no confidence it would not leak.THANK YOU JASON

I had used PlumbWize once before for a minor issue, so when I was experiencing slow draining from my kitchen sink & a leaking faucet in the laundry room, I phoned them again. From the initial call to the company, to the experts who resolved my problems, the service was friendly, honest, and professional. Jesse arrived on time and quickly determined the cause of the leak in the laundry room & fixed it. The kitchen was a bigger problem because of a tremendous grease build up that would require flushing of the pipe in the basement. Jesse arranged to have his co-worker come in same day to flush the drain. Chris phoned to say when he would arrive and was prompt. He took great care to ensure my home was protected from any equipment he brought in, and kept me up to date on what was happening as he was doing it. Once finished, he thoroughly cleaned the area, all my questions were answered, and I was advised what I could do to avoid the problem happening again. Never did they try to sell me on an unnecessary service or an upgrade. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.
