Horrible services.Lies about a referral bonus.Do not keep what's on the contract about changing the tires.And they can't even uphold their time when they promise you.Not bad hey for my sister in law who got a brand new car from them.I really don't recommend this place.

Terrible service, I have finaced my very first car with them a Hyundai Tucson 2019 with this dealership and lost the front driver tire IN FIRST TWO WEEKS of owning it!! Tried to contact them for some answers but instead I got a were not responsible and zero help. Now I am stuck with a vehicle at risk and 49k in debt. Very disappointed.

Pleasant, efficient and reliable service at Kia Aylmer. I bought a car, with the help of Sebastien, that was well inspected (checked with another garage) and given to me in excellent conditions. Sebastien does a wonderful job at making sure that everything is well done and keeping the client updated every step of the way.

Klara and the whole team at Kia Aylmer were amazing! We had such a great experience buying a car with them even during this car shortage. Klara was completely upfront, transparent and made the whole process so easy. We definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car!
