Great service from start to finish. Jamie was understanding ,always had a solution and very accommodative . Finished quality is extremely high. Communication was great as they stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Keep up the good work!!

They made it so bad. things like walls, kitchen island are not straight and misaligned. I am emailing and calling them from last 1 year and they keep on ignoring the work that needs to be done to fix.Worst customer support after you get the house. No one comes in person who has power to make decisions or understand the issue. They will try to manipulate you to avoid fixing the problem.

We bought a new home from Glenview homes the model Madison it's a beautiful model. Our experience with Nicole was far from great she failed to offer upgrades that we would have taken such as a railing rather than a half wall and a stand alone bath tub in the ensuite plus my wife suggested that a walk in closet be offered in place of a loft of which we wanted and had done plus they charged us for even though my wife suggested it and now they are offering it as an upgrade so we give Nicole a rating of 2 out of 10 where 10 is excellent and we give Jamie from the sales office a 10 out of 10. As far as the service warranty department we give them a 4 out of five because if the the number of times we have asked for warranty work to be done. And for the service team. For Chris we give 1 out of 10 because he dose not know how to fix things and very poor workmen ship and for Rigo we give 15 out of 10 because he knows Hua stuff plus he's very knowledgeable and does fantastic/excellent work and very clean and Rigo is the only service worker allowed in our home to repair warranty work great work Rigo keep it up.

The house was delivered in poor conditions, a lot of problems. The site management leaders seems not doing their job, contractors walked on hard wood floor directly without any protection. They haven't fixed the PDI problems even 6 months after closing.

As a realtor I work with many new home builders in the Ottawa area, and the service and quality at Glenview Homes is absolutely top notch. Beautiful homes, quality construction, a wonderful sales experience, and a hardworking and dedicated warranty service team. I would recommend a Glenview home to any and all buyers.

I highly NOT recommend Glenview homes. I bought a house in the flagstaff neighborhood, and my experience has not been a good one. The sales team was really good; however, the issue is that the quality is not good, and talking with some neighbors, I am not the only one with this kind of issues. It appears there was no attention to detail or craftmanship at all. There have been many things to fix, and it has taken too long in my opinion. I moved in 6 months ago, and I am still waiting for a shower head for example, I am pretty sure I could just go to any Home Depot or Canadian Tire and buy the one I chose right away, and if they did not have the model, I doubt it would take 6 months to get it. I have attached a picture of the siding on my balcony so that you can see that I am not exaggerating when I say the quality of the work is very poor the pieces do not match in size and actually that should be one piece not two pieces, it looks terrible! I would be embarrassed to deliver something like that to a client! I wonder if they are proud of themselves delivering this level of quality? it is really quite mind boggling, and the siding is only one thing out of many. Homes are very expensive now, and for the price I really expected much better.

Sales team 5 stars, Stefan 5 stars, Rigo 5 stars, warranty managers and technicians all 5 stars. However, quality of the house 1 star. The worst craftsman ship I've seen. The good thing is we haven't had any problems with Glenview coming to fix things and they have been great at communicating with us and scheduling repairs. The house itself though is not worth the price with the quality they give it to you. Endless deficiencies everywhere you look.

I've worked for several Ottawa based home builders and I can say with confidence that Glenview Homes is one of the best employers. They treat their employees fairly, with compassion, and are always supportive and encouraging of growth and development.They truly care about their product and their homeowners and always strive to provide a great experience for our homeowners.

I am the person who buy the house in the Flagstaff. The quality of house is pretty bad. There are many issues that have not fixed in 30 day’s form. And I will apply many new issue in one year form. I would not recommend this builder. That will be a big mistake if you buy it.Update: recently Stefan who is coming to house for fixing issues. He is working really hard and help me fix many things. I am glad Glenview is hiring right person in warranty team. If you compare those tech last year, they are disaster. They fix something even worse than before. They only say sorry and do nothing. I don’t believe the builder can improve the quality with those tech last year.

Bought a house from Glenview one year ago. The house was a totally construction site on closing date. Now one year past, they haven't fixed PDI problems. They just marked some items fixed, but those fixes never happened. When you try to file a conciliation with Tarion they were so kind to walk through with you, and offered gentle promises to fix. But after that nothing happened for 6 months. The general manager Construction Operations Mr. P Daniels is not honest at all. Mr. Daniels gave you wonderful promises at beginning, very nice faces as well. Once his lies were seen though, his faces turned to really ugly right away. He taught his leaders to cheat and to bully buyers. It was a nightmare to deal with such builder. If you are considering buying a house from this builder please think it twice.‐------------------To owners of Glenview:My experience is not an isolated case. There were more than 10 houses in the neighborhood closed at the same period from Glenview, they all have similar experience like mine. What is your high standard"? Is this your high standard?"
