We purchased luggage there because of the 50% off sale. The lady was nice. Be AWARE that all the prices are inflated by 45 to 50 percent. I'm currently at the airport where there is a Samsonite store. The retail price of the suitcase I purchased yesterday was $580. The retail price of the same suitcase here is $320. On top of the fact that airport prices are usually inflated. I believe the promotions at the outlet location may save you a little money but certainly not what they claim.

The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Not that my wife and I need to buy luggage that often, but when we do, this is the only place we go!

The employee “sara” at this location was so helpful. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and she spent so much time with me. I ended up getting a backpack at a really good deal. Thank you for being so kind, definitely coming back again!

Excellent service. the 2 sales staff Mary & Andrew were very knowledgeable, polite & patient. My friend ended up buying a larger luggage. But many thanks to especially to Mary for an excellent service.

Excellent customer service, good variety of softside and hardside luggage, business cases, backpacks, leather goods, and travel accessories. Prices are reasonable and comparable for the quality.

Staff was very helpful when I was there but they need a better system for when they order things in. My item has been there for a day before they called me and after I came, they called me the next day to ask when I’d be picking up my order. I’m sure a less honest person would have taken the second suitcase
