I've been coming to Optical Clearance Outlook for about 10 years now, and I am a customer for life. You can't beat the prices, I love the selection, and the staff are so helpful when picking out frames for your face shape. I just had to have some frames fixed because I rolled over on them, and they were able to do a same-day fix. SHOP LOCAL, you won't regret it!

My Son has broken his glasses at school, I called them & got an appointment the same day, they put the glasses in a similar frame with no cost as they told me it is 1 year guarantee, it was amazing! you saved me a lot of hard time to get an appointment and wait for the glasses, not mentioning the additional cost. Thanks to Optcal clearence staff for their co-operation!

Wow! Dr. Travis just totally helped us out. My daughters glasses broke right before our move and he was able to get us a replacement pair! Before Christmas & our long distance move to the east coast! I’m so happy and so thankful to the girls at the front and Dr. Travis thank you so much!!! Would highly recommend to anyone ☺️☺️☺️

Their customer service has always been exceptional as they assist as you with your eye prescription, help you pick frames and answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is by far the most amazing experience I have had in recent years. My daughter lost her glasses 2 days ago and I was very frustrated and I called optical clearance outlet immediately and I was told to bring my daughter in for a replacement. It took less than 2 hours for a whole new prescription and frame to be ready. I am so thankful for the great service. I will definitely recommend there services to others. Great selection, very reasonable prices, and fantastic service!My extended family and I have been patronizing OCO since we found out about them a few years back. Never disappointed.Nathalie is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She always takes the time to assit (without hovering) and she has an impecable sense of which frames will complement which faces.I'm honeslty shocked that OCO has any low-star reviews at all. Every experience I've had with them has been above par.We'll be returning customers for years to come.

I was excited about my new glasses but unfortunately I picked a pair that were already crooked. Seems like someone already tried to fiddle with them before me. I Told them they were crooked but how many times do they have to adjust them before they break. now one of the arms is bent and awkward.

I have been a customer of Optical Clearance for at least 15 years, maybe more. I usually replace my glasses every 2 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Their customer service has been exceptional. If I require adjustments or repairs they have been accommodating. Yesterday I sat on my glasses and broke them! I called OC and they made an appointment for me right away. They could have sold me another pair for $400, but instead I walked out of there at the end of the day spending only $40. In December, when I have a new prescription, I will be back again!! In fact I may be in today for an adjustment . Thank you for your patience and understanding.
