Service Servotech was super quick to take my call, was able to diagnose the issue with my fridge over the phone, got the part and fixed my fridge all within 5-6 hr. Highly recommend. I will be calling them again should any other appliance. Thanks for a great job!

.Very easy to make appointments online, prompt email communications and calls, very reasonable charges. I had a technician who was very professional and kindly made timely arrangements to fix my dishwasher before guests' arrival on the weekend. My wife and I took a trip out of town only to return home and find our washer full of water. Well after calling around and trying to get a straight answer out of someone I finally found this company and what a blessing that would be. Not only was the workman polite but got right down to business he diagnosed the route cause of the problem and we were worry free in no time. I recommend him 100%. Amazing service! The technician arrived on time, he was completely professional and pleasant. He got straight to work, he assessed our washer and dryer as both were not working properly, and fixed both on the spot with no second visit required. After disappointing contacts with two other appliance repair companies, I found Service Servotech. They sent a technician the next day to check my broken-down dryer. The replacement part had to be ordered and he came two days later to install it. The technician was very nice and easygoing. The cost was very reasonable I found and they waived the first visit fee. I sure will contact Service Servotech again next time!
