I placed an order online and never got a confirmation email after waiting 20 minutes for it. I went in and explained, she was very friendly and said don't worry it'll be ready soon. She asked if I was going to wait I said I might as well. She brought the food out to my car which was way above and beyond considering they seemed pretty busy! The food was good, they even read not to put any sauce on our chicken. The only downside is our fries weren't fully cooked. Otherwise friendly and fast service!

Ribs & wings on special were awesome. Fries & gravy were the best in town, and that Bread Pudding was to die for. Last but not least, our waiter, Brock, was the best waiter I've had in a long time: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a real bonus to our birthday party. We will definitely be back - sooner rather than later!

First time here and last. Found the menu limited. I had the Chicken Linguine Parmesan. The linguine was rubbery. Very little Marinara sauce and it was awful. Small piece of dry chicken had a slice of processed mozzarella on top. Service however was very good thus two stars.

I love chucks. I've been to the one in Oakville and Goderich and both are on point. Service is great food is great and the prices are even better.

The server asked us if we wanted to start with a drink and when we were ordered are beers we were told they had no imported beer in stock.We ordered our meal and was told they only had Caesar salad no other salad choices.I ordered a 12oz Bone in New York steak and I got a 10 oz boneless New York. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came well done.Needless to say I won't be back.

The owner and head chef came out to meet my mom and I on a road trip. Super nice!The spinach dip appetizer was really tasty with flat bread wedges.I go to my regular Chuck's in London and while this one is smaller, it is much cozier and a great place to chill.I had a Chuck's burger and it's one of my favourite burgers anywhere.This is the very nicest Chuck's I've been in. I will return. Highly recommended!Thanks so much!

Friendly staff, meh food.Had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Just don't get it. I'd be surprised if the patty wasn't some frozen $10 discount bag chicken. It's about the quality of a cheap McChicken sandwich.Here's a recipe for buffalo chicken that is quick and easy:- Take a chicken breast, pound it to about an inch/inch and a half thickness throughout.- beat egg and corn starch together.- dip chicken in egg and cornstarch mix until coated evenly.- roll chicken in your choice of breadcrumbs and pan fry until golden on both sides.- toss in Buffalo sauce.Try it out because I would not eat what you're currently serving again.Pub fries and gravy were good. Your servers were pleasant, the restaurant was clean.Don't skimp on the meat quality.Good luck

Looking at some low ratings, we took our chances and had an awsome experience. The young lady - Tanisha - attending our table did a beautiful job. She was remarkable attentive and friendly, service was speedy and with a smile.Our order, steaks medium-rare and rare were no challenge for the kitchen. They came cooked perfectly. The Ceasars Salads were nice, too.Thanks for the very nice dinner, very much recommended.

First of all, I love chucks and have been to chucks all over ontario.This is one of the worst we've been to.Service was great, but that is where the positive parts of our experience ended.Steaks were not seared so were a little tough and chewy. One was cooked properly, the other was over. Fries tasted like they'd been sitting for a while. Tap water was terrible and tasted like chlorine. Kids burger was over cooked and dry. Ketchup packets?? Seriously? This is the only Chucks in ontario where we've been given packets of ketchup. Corn was burnt.This Franchisee needs to take a trip to grand bend or London to see how to properly run a Chucks.There are too many good restaurants in Goderich, we will not be back.
