My boyfriend and I are in love with the staff here at this location! Had some trouble looking for an outfit for a wedding we have coming up, he was so understanding and helpful! I wish I got his name! He took pride and passion into what he does and I love seeing that!! We will be doing a lot of shopping with them!

Went in on June 1. 5 staff members working. We were the only customers. Not one of them would acknowledge us. Not the only time this has happened here. Guess that's why they have no customers. By the other reviews, this is ongoing.

By far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. From being ignored, to the suit not fitting after being tailored, and given extremely poor customer service when trying to resolve the issues, it was all a waste of time and money. I got the sense that there was no professionalism nor education when it comes to suits. Even after their mistakes, they wanted to charge me even more after paying for a suit that wasn’t even close to fitting. 0/5 stars. So disappointed.

I would say terrible customer service but they didn’t even have any. Not one single employee greeted or offered to help. There was maybe 2 other families in the store and they also were not serviced. Very disappointing. Do better.

We visited the store the other day, it was busy and it seemed like the staff was unwilling to assist us. We asked for a dress shirt fitting and the man just estimated his collar size - which was wrong and we ended up finding our own, purchasing and then leaving. Disappointing experience for a young grad.

Went in to find a grad suit. 3 people working and not one could acknowledge us. We ended up grabbing our own things and going into a change room. The store was busy and people were also commenting about if anyone was working. Went to the till where there was a line. Not one person could come to the till to help.So disappointed! One CSR was folding clothes at the till, another CSR was just wondering around not talking to anyone. The last spoke to a lady and no one else.Management should be ashamed of their staff!

To write a truly accurate review of this store would require several pages. I have wasted enough hours of my life dealing with this store so I will keep it brief: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I have never received worse costumer service in my life. I came here with a group of friends to get tailored suits for a wedding and it quickly became a nightmare. In fact, I would pay a lot of money to go back in time and have gone somewhere else. Only go to this store if you like wasting time and money. Don’t go to this store if you want to purchase a suit that will fit and arrive on time.
