Flower Delight Brampton

I always get my flowers here ... perfect service and product.

Hello,Order 93523 for $98 medium bouquet.The flowers sent to my mom on May 8 looked very beautiful but the flowers did not have any fragrance of their own.  I had to dig my nose into the lilies for their fragrance.  Normally, lilies fill the house with their fragrance but this has never been the case here.On May 10th I spoke to the person at the Brampton store and she gave a ridiculous story and laughed and later put the phone down without finishing the conversation.  She told me to spray perfume on the flowers.  What kind of nonsensical talk was this?   I have ordered flowers each year from this location on Mother’s Day and this time I was at my mothers house and actually got to see the flowers and surprisingly there was zero smell in her room. My sister who lives in the same household told me that the flowers from Flowers Delight never had any fragrance.I am really disappointed with the flowers and their customer service.

We received some flowers yesterday and they are absolutely beautiful. So far, every flower looks great and is opening up nicely.So after 2 days, the flowers started to wilt. I also noticed on the first day that the vase was not flush on the bottom. I had to be very careful it didn’t tip over.

Outstanding Service. Ordered a Beautiful fruit basket with chocolate and cookies. I gave them the wrong house number and they were going to resend the driver back to retrieve the basket to deliver to the correct house. They didn't have to do that because of my fault but they did. They were understanding and so kind and professional. I'm referring them to everyone I know. The prices are reasonable too. Thank you Flower Delight Brampton.
