I can barely express how much fun we had on the QV charter. Amazing two-man crew, fantastic time seeing whales, puffins and fishing for cod. My wife caught a 15lb-er that we photographed and released. the sights around cape spear and St. John's were beautiful. Overall, highly recommended, even if you don't see the whales. Worth it.

What a wonderful tour this was. We had lots of fun. The cod were in abundance. The hosts, Keven and Ted were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone caught a couple of fish. As a bonus, we saw a couple of icebergs and some whales as well as some of the coast line in the local area. Afterwards we were treated to a fish and chips supper that was simply delicious. We highly recommend this tour. Dress warmly as it can be cold out on the boat.

What a fabulous time we had cod fishing with Kevin and his first mate, Ted!! We would highly recommend getting out on the Atlantic with these two! They were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating when our charter had to be rescheduled for the next day due to weather. We caught cod hand over fist and enjoyed a fantastic fish fry when we returned to shore. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to do it again!

This was the highlight of our trip. Every Canadian needs to cod fish at least once. Both guides were experienced, knowledgeable and savvy fishermen. Guaranteed you will get fish, no doubt about it. Very pleasant and rewarding experience.

If you are anywhere near St. John's you MUST make this part of your visit. Captain Kevin and First Mate Ted make this one of the most enjoyable experiences on the east coast. The fishing is the best, the fish taste great, and it's a lot of fun out on the water. Do NOT miss Quidi Vidi Charters.

Went for a fish fall of 2022. Captain Kevin and Ted were incredible company and provided an amazing experience with the bast fresh fish and chips in Canada! Highly recommend if you are in St. John’s that you give Quidi Vidi charters a call.

These guys are the real deal! This was the highlight of our vacation. Our family of 6 had a blast. We all caught a few fish each, enjoyed the scenery and loved hearing all of Kevin & Ted's great stories. There was big excitement when a tuna tried to grab a cod off the line. Luckily he missed.While they cooked up the cod and fries (from scratch), we all relaxed on the wharf, and then had a feast! We could have spent the whole day there, chatting and relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went out for a morning cod fish, they where great, got right on top of them and we had some fish on, searched around abit for more pockets of fish, after coming in we ate like kings, 100% would recommend! Will be back

We had a great experience cod fishing with QV Charters. We caught so many fish we lost count, walked away with our bellies full, and have some great memories of being on the water. Everyone had a blast! We’ll definitely be back to do again another day.

We brought our friends from Ontario on this charter. It was personal, adventurous, professional, safe & a great cultural experience for our friends. Kevin and Ted were by far awesome. Everyone got to experience catching a fish, we had a nice fish fry and chat at the end and even saw a Shark. Exceptional, I highly recommend. Robyn.
