After two years intense use of my iPad Pro 12.9(2021 edition), the battery maximum capacity tanked to 78%. I sent in my iPad to Apple support for repair at a cost of $165+tax. During the repair phase, they identified another dented charging port issue and asked for an elevated total of $1099+tax. I googled the charging port that only costs around 10 bucks. I declined the service charge from Apple without any hesitation and found irepex with a very good overall rating of customer experience. I called irepex and the owner Kale was very responsive and he gave me a very reasonable quote together with detailed instructions as to what I should do on my end and what they would do to get my iPad fixed. When I got my iPad back, I successfully restored my iPad from iCloud with very smooth system scan. Everything works out fine and my charging dock connector functions very well. I am so happy that my iPad works again like brand new and that is the reason why I would give irepex a five stars review. Btw, they also offer pickup/drop off service if you wish.

This place is basically just a trap in the community. You should never trust this people. They are not honest at all. They charge you a lot for default parts. I dropped my laptop for diagnose. Next thing they will do is just giving you a call and asking you to pick up at $450 charge without any communication.Would anyone let them to break your laptop again if your device been fixed but you don’t want their services?When you try to discuss with the staff and the owner, Bonnie, they are just being so rude. They simple don’t expect you to come back next time which is very okay to them. Lol. Is this how they show their respect and honesty.Do not go for default parts, my laptop had same issue again after two month. Trust me! You do not want to go there for the same headaches.

I went there to replace my MacBook's battery as my friend recommends them for me.The service was great and my laptop works well w/ the new battery.Only if it could be a little cheaper then that'll be better lol

Nice and efficient work to fix my 12 pro max rebooting issue. Went to several stores, mobile klinic and apple store, all told me it was not fixable. But irepex did it and make it back to live. Good job and thank you.

Kale is the king when it comes to electronic repairs I went to about 10 other store they told me my phone was not repairable… or ridiculous price! kale got the job done and fixed my phone on the spot I will never wasted my time going anywhere else he is also apple Authorize dealer he put the original screen back I’m my phone with no messages or problems at all !!!
