The decorations are beautiful (but expensive so be prepared). You will find many varieties of tree decorations and house decorations, all special and unique. The glass blown ornaments are spectacular.Don't bother if you're looking for an angel or a star for the top of the tree they have few and unoriginal pieces, nothing you can't find online. The owner will only let a party of two in at a time (but more than one couple can be in the store), so if you are taveling with friends or family be prepared to leave them waiting outside... behind a chain, yup they put a chain in front of the stairs. There is pressure to buy, which takes away from the experience. The overall experience left me not wanting to buy mostly out of spite.

Store owner is not very welcoming. I was in the store for 10 seconds and was told to leave. I was carrying a drink. Ok. No problem. I get it. But from the 10 people we're going in with smiles and leaving angry and commenting instantly about what horrible service and the way the woman treats people, 10 seconds is all I will ever spend in that store. Better Christmas store in Quebec city and better employees.

Rudest owner ever! Had to be let in store by opening a chain across stairs. Told a list of rules in French only. My friend from out of town doesn’t understand French so missed the no picture taking rule. She took a photo of me in store so owner comes running over spewing in French and made my friend delete the photo. Then owner runs over to a man (her husband?) and starts ranting in French how the minute we came in we took a photo even tho she told us not to. She ranted for 5 minutes in earshot of us. We walked through whole store regardless, wasn’t gonna let her kick us out. Saw lots of stuff we wanted to buy but wouldn’t give her the pleasure! We took our time and walked out happily not buying anything. She lost a big sale!!

As another person wrote, there is no 0 star so had to give her one. The worst of the worst place to go. This scrooge of an owner had my daughter and I wait outside in the cold with a 5 month old. Needless to say we did not go in and left. She does not deserve our company or our money.

I have never seen such a rude person!!!! The owner is unpleasant, rude and her behavior is unacceptable!!! She doesn’t even listen and keep arguing!! We were 3 different families, a total of 6 people, and she only let 2 of us get in! And while you are inside, she keeps following and interrogating you. They sell Christmas decoration but there is no Christmas joy and spirit in there store!!!I hope no one destroys their happy mood and lovely day by going to this store!!

Very rude owner. This is the third time we go and have a bad experience. The woman in the shop is the most unpleasant person ever. The clients leaving the shop expressed they would never go back and neither are we!! If I could, I would rate it 0 star!

Unfortunately, there is no 0 star, so have to give them one star.Super unprofessional business owner. Rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Don't waste your time waiting in a fake lineup and ruin your beautiful day by visiting this place. There is no connection between what they sell and their behavior. We waited for 30 minutes in front of the store, but the lady let only two of us inside with the condition of buying something.Not recommended at all.

Absolutely ridiculous. We've been visiting this store for over 20 years and now they refused to let my daughter and I in with my other daughter and my mom because they say only 2 people can enter from the same family group. The woman whom I believe is the owner would not even explain why. I have never been so mistreated at a retail store ever. I will never shop there again. Don't waste your time. Too expensive anyway!

Comically rude. My wife and I stood outside the door behind the chain to await being let in, as instructed by their sign. This was a first. And then 5 mins later the lady employee opened the door and basically told us to get lost and closed the door. Also a first.

We went there as a family with a baby in a stroller. The place looks amazing outside, with beautiful flower pots. As soon as we walked in the charm was gone. We were told off to leave the stroller outside, despite the store being almost empty. At that point I was ready to leave but my family followed the order and left the stroller outside. In a minute another older lady came in from the staff area. She looked so angry as if we were robbers not customers. We were taking pictures with the baby and she demanded that we not only stop taking pictures but that we immediately delete them! We started walking out of the store but she would not stop demanding to delete the pics we took.This was the ugliest experience I had in a long time. No smile for anybody. The Christmas spirit died there long time ago. Don’t be fooled by nice surface. Avoid avoid avoid.
