I had my favourite drink brown sugar latte at store, and took some of their signature bubble tea from the TOP 10 menu to share with families.The tea were all perfectly brewed, and the tapioca pearls were chewy and flavourful, and even they provided me a choice to adjust the sugar level, but trust me the default sweetness level they put were just right.And I see they got some bad reviews on their store atmosphere, but tbh, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome atmosphere :), and they were also very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my order.For me it’s worth 5 stars anyways, and I can’t wait to try their fantastic summer offerings next time!

Amazing service and beautiful atmosphere with great drinks! I loved their tapioca and toppings! Highly recommend #32, passionfruit lime with aloe vera! The #1 the panda is a tasty drink as well! Thank you very much to the amazing staff!

The waiting time is ridiculously long; the first time I came here, it took 20 minutes to receive my 2 drinks, and today it took 12 minutes to receive 2 drinks again. I'm not sure why it takes so long, especially when there are 4 people working in the back.They also messed up my order, I asked for no ice and but for some reason that resulted in my drink having no sugar at all because I've never tasted something so bitter in my life.This Presotea is honestly a 50/50 for me; some people seem to enjoy this place but I have yet to experience it for myself.

Cute decorations. I ordered four season milk tea, it tasted like oolong tea with powder milk instead of fresh milk; bit disappointed. Tapiocas are sweeten and chewy. Friendly service. Came on Monday at 3:30pm, and the waiting time is about 10-minutes.

General review, a Quick Easy Spot for a drink, so a YesWent there to get a quick drink. The place is small, so don't hang out there for too long, but the drinks are good, and service is the same pretty good, so you don't need to worryMy review 8.7/10Good just small.

No complaints about having more bubble tea spots in the West Island. Love it, good quality bubble tea, big selection, fast service. Only thing I can say is be careful in the parking lot it is TINY not a lot of spots to choose from.

Rating for the service, not the drink. The drink itself was fine.I was first in line and ordered a single drink and waited. Then a group of 4 people arrived, ordered, and all got their drink first. I inquired about why it was taking so long and someone went to check in the back. Meanwhile, more people came in, ordered, and got their drinks first, while I'm still standing this whole time. After another 10-15 min, they told me that my drink was coming. Once it arrived, the manager simply apologized and gave me my drink, saying it was a machine problem. Sure, but as a customer I waited around standing for at least 20 minutes while at least 10 people got their drink before I did (and got their drinks in 5 min). If I didn't say anything, nobody would've noticed noticed that I'd still be waiting. Poor service and customer management.

Went today for the first time. Inside, very loud hip hop music and the AC full blast, even though outside it was 17 Celsius.Waited 5 mins before anyone even noticed us, although there were 4 people working and nobody in line. The girl was not rude, but very cold and robotic and I couldn't hear what she said over the music and the noise of the machines .We ordered and I was dissapointed that I couldn't do any of the mixes I usually take. No choice of mixing 2 flavors, no option of less tea/more juice in the cup. When I had to pay, it was a whopping 33$ for 3 medium drinks.Then I waited at least 10mins while freezing my bum and having my eardrums pierced by the obnoxious music.I was hoping the drinks would be worth this terrible experience, but when I finally tasted them, they were overly sweet and the boba lacked flavour. Also, my friend got stomach aches soon after staring to drink her bubble tea.I will stick to L2, where I can get everything I want and for less money, without having to listen to that violent music and freezing while I wait for overpriced drinks.
