I have brought my Toy Poodle, Maisy here twice and we have had an excellent experience both times. Previously, I would take her to Pet-smart Grooming and it is a Night and Day difference. PetSmart gave her an ugly hair cut which took 5 hours, booked 3 months in advance, was more expensive, and she left absolutely traumatized. Alternatively, Aww Pets hair cut only takes an hour and looks much better. They also took the extra step of calling me and asking if they could take her hair shorter because she had some tangles. She is still not a huge fan of the groomers, but when I pick her up from Aww Pets they are so gentle with her, and she is not in complete distress. Additionally, I am a very well researched in the pet product department, and everything they sell in the front of the store I feel comfortable feeding/buying my pet, which is also a stark difference to PetSmart. Thank you for taking care of Maisy and selling such good quality pet supplies and dog food.

Took my puppy Yorkie there for full grooming. It’s his first grooming experience and everything went really well. They did an excellent job on him. The staffs are very friendly. The place is bright and clean. I definitely will go there again! Lovely pet shop

Great pet shop located in Richmond. They carry tons of pets products and cool dresses and clothes for cats and dogs.The staff is really friendly. And environment is nice and clean!Keep it up!

They are so very good with my dog with grooming. I have been going to them for several times now and I have nothing to complain about. Highly Recommended!

Brought both of my doggies here for grooming and they both had a lovely experience and looked incredibly cute n fluffy afterwards! Highly recommend them. We’ve tried around 10 other groomers in Richmond and Vancouver n they either hurt/cut my dogs by accident, didn’t accept big dogs anymore, were way too expensive or didn’t listen to instructions at all (shaved her completely when we asked specifically not to shave and only a short trim).It took forever to find a good groomers and glad we finally did! The shop is clean and bright, staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, not hard to book and the pet supplies they sell are super duper cute as well.They have 2 dedicated parking spaces (311&310) in the parking lot which can be accessed from the back. Then u just go out the pathway next to the parking space, turn right, and you’ve reached the shop :) very accessible. 5 stars!

We love the way Aww Pet grooms our dog and they have done a spectacular job on both times we went! Although Bibble isn’t a fan of getting groomed (or getting her hair brushed even at home), the groomers here have paid extra attention to her.The first time we went (last 3 photos) we chose a longer haircut as it was Bibble’s very first groom and they responded to our needs quite well, even following the photo we showed them! On the second time (first three photos), Bibble came with severe matting and they carefully explained to us what should be done to remove the mats. The groomers were thoughtful and honest to suggest shaving her fur so the matt wouldn’t cause anymore pain while still ensuring our dog looked her best! Thank you AwwPet & groomers for your outstanding service as always!

Our dog Cinna has been coming to this place since it opened and he has been very happy. He always comes out smelling fresh and with his nails nice and tidy. Thank you!
