Glenview Memorial Gardens

My mom is buried here in the Last Supper building.This place is beautiful.The decor is welcoming for a place that holds our loved ones.Each time i come here i am not scared at all.The statues and marble fixtures are lovely to look at and sit by to reflect.We dealt with Julie at the head office and she is one of the nicest most caring people I had the pleasure of meeting.Writing a review on a burial ground/building may seem odd but we need to all remember that one day we will all end up here. Giving some insight on a possible place to leave our loved ones may help others in the decision making when dealing with a dark and heart breaking time that we will all experience.

This is absolutely deplorable. I am completely disappointed at how my mothers resting place looks. This morning I arrived at my mothers grave only to see that whoever was responsible for ploughing the snow has completely covered the area my mother is leaving me and my family absolutely no access to her. What made it even more disheartening was to look around and see that there were several places the snow could have been placed including a unfinished lot directly across. This pile of snow is the only pile seen in the area. I wish Glenview would be more considerate when it comes to handling the care of peoples departed loved ones.UPDATE:I came back today (a week later) to see wood boards on her resting place. Seems to be no improvement on the conditions.

Been here since my grandfather passed away 2007. Very professional great service i was impressed by they well maintained driveways and how they continue to keep area well clean and maintained. We come here when we feel sad and you can Come here 24/7 its always available.

Disgraced, don't care quality of work, misleading and disrespect culture ethical. Totally dissatisfaction with the quality of the tombstone painting that I purchased from your cemetery 16 years ago. The painting has faded and peeled off almost 90%, making the tombstone look shabby and disrespectful to the memory of my loved one.When I bought the tombstone painting in 2007, we were preparing for the future use. I was not informed that the paint had only a one-year warranty. This information was not stated on the receipt either. We paid over $800 + which is almost current rate. If I had known this, I would not have chosen this service. I expected the paint to last for a long time and to withstand outdoor conditions. When we buried my loved one, sent out pictures of tombstone to China at end of March 23, got lots of criticism.I contacted your manager Christine Fredson to complain about this issue, but she was unhelpful and insensitive. She told me that I had to pay for another painting by myself because you had changed vendors. She also did not understand the cultural difference and respect that is important for honoring the deceased.I find this response unacceptable and unfair. I have done some research and found out that there are other options for tombstone painting that are more durable and have longer or lifetime warranties. For example, states that they guarantee their tombstone painting for life or will repaint it for free. My uncle also bought a tombstone painting from you at the same time as me, and his tombstone still looks good.I am extremely sad that Glenview Memorial Garden heavily advertised in Chinese community, but they don't care of their quality work. Its indeed sad.

This funeral home had at least 4 stars, until I experienced a major dissappointment. Negligence in processing my loved one's head stone/monument paper work caused extreme fatigue. I was told it would be ready and placed in October 2020, than found out I was lied to, they hadn't even processed the paperwork.Now my mother has no headstone and the office personnel stated they can't even give me a estimated date. This is unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. They have no problem making sure the details about expenses are in order. I was offered a wreath.

I unfortunately lost both my aunt and uncle within a week of each other in early May. My family and I were very fortunate to have met Cal! He helped make all of the funeral arrangements exactly how our family wanted. My family and I are forever thankful for someone as kind spirited, helpful, and understanding as Cal! Thank you for your support during such a difficult time for my family and I!

Disappointed with the unfulfilled requests regarding the placement of the monument. It's been a year and the burial ground still does not have grass covering it. The monument was ordered and paid for and there is still no sign of the work having started. I don't see why anyone has to go through this on top of the grief you are already suffering. This is unacceptable standards.
