I have been involved with My Physio off and on for many years due to a workplace injury. This is an awesome facility and the staff is great. They always do their best to help with your concerns. If you need physio, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY PHYSIO :)

Canceled and had to reschedule my appointments almost every week. The first 3 visits all she did was put a cold pack and TENS machine on. I could do that at home myself. Never recommended any exercises or anything. Waste of money and my time. I would never go back.

Staff, service and facilities are all fantastic. I was in a car accident and my back is in alot of constant pain. I always feel 100 times better when leaving. They help take your pain away and get you back to normal little by little. I have natasha as a physio therapist and see Lori here as well. The ladies here are awesome!! Would recommend for sure

Amazing experience...from the time you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff member àt the desk...Dale is easy to chat with with an amazing bedside manner... diagnosis and explanation is done in plain English and not doctor jargon no one can understand... fantastic place... definitely will use again...
