They came to our acreage to setup internet which it took them 7 months just to make it out to our place and then they left their service truck in the yard for almost a month and never installed anything

Installed new equipment. Good service and decent internet speed. Much cheaper than the big providers.

Horrible internet service. Horrible customer service.Not satisfied. Will never recommend this company. They do not respond to problems, they ignore you and continue to bill you. No wonder no one ever goes over 100GB a month, because the lack of service will not allow it.

Recently had the service installed after a few glitches I’m pleased with the service. I am able to conduct video calls and stream Netflix etc. If the quality of the signal and responsive service continues I will remain one happy customer!

I have found Gotgeek to be excellent in providing really reliable high speed internet and customer service. They are friendly, dependable and really care about providing the best internet possible, for a good honest price. I really value and trust their services and can highly recommend them. the service was very good for about 3 months then they completely slowed the speeds down to nothing and she wont even negotiate a deal or anything worst service ever i hope your company can improve and ill change my review

its for sure not the best internet there's no upload speeds at all and the ping on anything is horrible and most of the time we don't get a solid promised 2 mb 1.5 most of the time or less but i cant get anything else

If you like getting charged money for a service that doesnt exist, well get GOTGEEK. Constant connection interruption, dont count on doing ANYTHING online without being constantly dissconnected. Better off rubbing 2 sticks together to get a connection.

Prompt and professional.Finally an isp that delivers what they promise. So glad we connected with Don - he and his geeks hooked us up a week ago and we are very satisfied. Multiple video conferences at once, snappy downloads from the net, streaming movies - no problem.We had been struggling with our previous service provider who was unwilling to help with the brutally slow connection. We were on a 25mbps plan and consistently getting about 2mbps. Got so bad that we had to xlplor other options. So glad we did.TnT Chandler

This was the only company I could find to get internet from. But after a year enough was enough. I was paying for a service that wasn’t being provided. There was no internet some days and dodgy internet the others. When I phoned the secretary to get a service call she said she’d call back and never ever did! I was constantly calling for service and she acted like it was a big deal. It took about 5 or 6 months for them to come. I didn’t get offered a discount for getting no service and they fixed nothing. It would take a day to download a 15 min video and a week for a movie...no lie! Horrid service. Horrid customer service. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give it no stars I would
