Cant say enough about this salon. The tiles!!! Brilliant design. I had Julia do a demi on my hair with gloss. My hair has never looked better. She was so patient and kind. She even did a strand test (never had that before) service was amazing and the atmosphere was gorgeous. The price is was very reasonable and I felt pampered and totally refreshed when I left. Its been 3 weeks since the color and my hair still shines on! I will def. Be a returning customer. Thanks Ricci

Tony Ricci has cut my hair for a long time and I simply trust him to an excellent job--which makes sense since he's won so many Canadian titles as hairstylist of the year, as well the North American hairstylist of the year. As well, he and his staff are a treat to deal with.

I liked my hair cut but I didn't like the style.... Stylist shaped my hair like a football.....gawd why do they always do that??? So I washed my hair when I got home and applied the curl enhancer and I absolutely love my hair cut!!

I love Ricci! I see Jenn. I have been going to her for years and always leave feeling like a million dollars. The receptionists are lovely. The rest of the staff are friendly and fun. The salon is clean and chic! It's a well run salon. The best!

I come from Montrèal and I tried many hair salons, but always left feeling dissappointment . I have fine wavy hair that has to be cut in a certain way otherwise it looks like sh*#....My search ended with Ricci, and .... I've been coming here for 10+ years! Their professional and knowledgeable team go above and beyond to give you a great hair experience!I drive a 4 hour round trip to have my hair done by Jen, let that sink in for a few seconds.... I'm telling you, she's the bomb!! Need a cut, colour or something totally different she nails it every time!!Just go there and see for yourself.

I have been going to Jen for 13+ years. The staff are friendly and professional. I always look forward to my time in the chair and have never been disappointed with a cut or colour in the 13yrs. I also drive 2 hrs from rural AB to have my hair done. I highly recommend Ricci to everyone who asks where I get my hair done.

I have been going to see Jen at Ricci for about 4 years now. I have never had a cut or color that wasn't top notch. Her knowledge about hair is undeniable. I have recommended friends to her and they are now also regular clients of hers. The salon is big and spacious. This is perfect for the way our world is right now. No one is close to you at all. The salon is clean and sanitized after every client! Very professional and always on time!Really do love it here.!
