Sterling Manor - Deveraux Apartment Communities

I moved into Sterling Manor in June of 2022. After being here for a year I'm happy to give a positive review. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner, everyone in the office has been very pleasant to deal with. The buildings are cleaned on a regular basis. I hear a little bit of noise from the unit above me but nothing excessive. I never hear anything from units beside me so sound proofing side by side in the units is really good.The price you pay for what you get is very competitive for sure.That all being said, there are a few areas that could be improved on. I do believe that Deveraux could do a litter better job on snow removal at ALL entrances (not just the main ones) in a more timely manner. As well, the parking lot could stand a good sanding in the winter for safety more frequently than it currently is so that it's not such an accident waiting to happen when you try to walk to the local business around the complex. Even with the few things to work on, I still give this place a 5 star review and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Our apartment janitorial lady SHEILA does a very good job around here. She’s always pleasant, cleans up messes quickly and answers questions politely. I particularly like the fresh smell (lemon) of the cleaning product she uses on the walls inside the elevator and on the hallway walls. She’s a good worker.

Ciara was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. She even help me reschedule our internet set up appointment. Truly an outstanding service!

Sheila does a beautiful job cleaning our building and it always smells so nice after she is done.She is such a nice lady and always says hello.Our building can be quite a challenge as it gets messy so fast but she tackles it with a smile.Thank you for all you doLinda V

Good place to live. All staffs are friendly and professional. We are happy to be here. Especially thanks to Sheila, she done her good job, keeping the lobby look like a five stars hotel !!! And my maintenance guy Caley is awesome as he can fix EVERYTHING. Thank you all.
