Amazing store with a great selection of unique jewellery. You will find more designs and value for your money here compared to shopping at a major chain/franchise store. Love the local feel of this store as well. The staff who work here are very attentive and you don't have to wait long for help. The manager always has a happy and positive attitude no matter how busy or multitasking she is. That's true service!

Ordered online and it shipped next day (I ordered after hours) and arrived the following day. Very nicely wrapped to protect the items being shipped.

If you want quality jewelry, this is the place! I love that they are local, specialize in custom stuff too!I dealt with Esra and she was awesome!I have become a customer for life!

Just picked up my ring here after having it repaired. I’m very happy with the ring, however not impressed with waiting for 10 minutes this morning while two employees took their time putting out displays and ignored me the customer waiting on the other side of the glass mall accordion style doors. No apology for the wait and neither popped out to say “we will be open shortly”. I arrived just before 10am (opening time) and was finally let in the store at 10:10am.

Kristy and the team are fantastic! Right from the get go when we were initially looking at rings, the service was perfect - informative and helpful but never pushy. They were able to custom make a ring they had in the store to fit our budget. We hit a hiccup with the final product but Kristy happily had it fixed. They stand behind their work and make sure the customer is satisfied from beginning to end. Will be back to shop for our bands and other jewelry purchases.

Experience could not have been better! I know absolutely nothing about jewelry and the sales staff did an exemplary job of explaining the pros and cons of each item I considered. I was pleased with my Purchase, returned to have several watches and jewelry pieces serviced at very competitive prices, and would not hesitate to return for all my future jewelry needs. I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Dana Dow Jewellers in South Centre Mall for the amazing repair work and customer service they provided me on my 50-year-old daughters ring. I had originally taken it to a supposed reputable competitor in the mall to replace 12 claws. Their prices were extremely high and from the first verbal quote to the final estimate, the cost increased over $200. I declined the repair and the ring was returned to me at no cost. This process took 2-1/2 weeks ending exactly where I started. After reading on-line reviews, I took the ring to Dana Dow, which was highly recommended. The staff was extremely friendly & understanding of my frustration. They provided me with an accurate cost and because the work is done in-house, I had a beautifully restored ring within 48 hours. The total repair cost was over $100 less than the competitor’s first verbal quote. Anyone in need of jewelry repair should start with Dana Dow and avoid wasting their time and money.

Best experience I had today. The lady who helped me today was awesome. Felt like she is one of my near and dear one. She is the perfect example of how one should care for their customers, and the way she talked with me till the end was really great. I will visit the store again and again.. And loving my diamond hoop earrings too.

We have had an amazing experience with Dana Dow. We bought my husband's wedding ring from them, and also my wedding ring, which we did custom. The whole process was simple, and Kristy was great with communication. Since the original purchase, we found out I was allergic to my rings, and Dana Dow helped us to find something suitable to replace the old rings. Again, they were patient, kind and honest through the whole process. I am so grateful for the staff at Dana Dow and would recommend them to family and friends! Plus it is great to support a local business!

I bought a chain necklace for my husband for Christmas this year and it's already broken apart. Customer service was terrible when we took it back today. Say they will only soder the one link that is broken for free and NOT the other links that clearly need it. They want $30 per soder. It's a $500 chain that clearly has terrible craftsmanship and of course won't return it. Do not recommend this store at all!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Not impressed.
