I’m so relieved! I’ve never had to call a locksmith before, & the other places I tried didn’t pick up the phone. The locksmith arrived even earlier than the estimated time (which was already under an hour). Sam was super nice & professional. Our deadbolt was stuck because the door was warped, so he got us back inside super quick, reshaped the door, & cleaned everything up afterward. I hope I never get locked out again, but if I do I know who I’ll call!

Called around to multiple locksmiths and was extremely impressed with the service at this one. I received a quote quickly and Luis was amazing when he came by and was very efficient! Really great experience and would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Since the first call Katherine was so nice and helped me right away. I needed to change the door lock because I lost my key and couldn’t get in to my house. She sent Luis to help me and he fixed the problem soon, exceeding all expectations. His service was beyond I was thinking. Louis came at a moments notice and was super friendly and accommodating. He was professional and got the job done efficiently and properly. He was very polite, took his shoes off and wore a mask the whole time. I highly recommend Louis to anyone looking for a locksmith!

Left my house keys in an Uber and desperately needed to get in because of my dog. Luis came in 30 mins which was awesome. He was in and out in no time. Super friendly and explained the entire process. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I were locked out of our apartment after my keys and wallet were stolen. United Locksmith was the only company in Vancouver to promptly return my voicemail on a busy Saturday night (during a long weekend) and they had Luis at our place in no time.I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work that Luis provided to us. He arrived to two very stressed people, and his calmness and personable demeanor was just what we needed! He had us in our apartment in no time at all. He even had the presence of mind to recommend that we re-key our lock since the thief had our address and keys. I wasn't even thinking about that, but really appreciated the fact that he brought it up and we were able to sleep a little easier thanks to him.I totally recommend United Locksmith and will definitely call them if I ever need their services again... hopefully under different circumstances :)

After a failed attempt to rekey my lock rendered it inoperable and in need of an urgent fix, United Locksmith were the only the ones that responded and were truly available for an emergency. Luis appeared within 30 mins was very professional, friendly, and generous. Not only did he fix my lock, but he also trained me how to rekey properly and even gave me a tool when the one I had was defective.

We had locked ourselves out on a Monday night. Locksmith came and regained entry. We told him we would like a new digital lock installed as it was on our wish list, Locksmith had a high quality lock with him and explained lock was best in industry. He offered to install right there on a callout. We decided to install and we’re glad to have immediate professional service. We would recommend.
