I have been dealing with this auto shop for more than 20 years now. They are honest, reliable, fast and reasonably priced. Those people who are giving 5 stars legit know what they're talking about. Those people who are giving 1 star, I'm pretty sure you've had really bad experiences with other mechanics that you cannot trust anyone anymore. You cannot fake reviews, people have more important things to do than taking their time putting up fake reviews.
