I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon while searching for a rental in the challenging Toronto market. Reaching out to Brandon was probably the best decision I could have made. Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped me navigate my decision-making and went out of his way to help me find a place I liked. It was difficult given the market but with his help I ended up with a place I love and at a very reasonable price. You could tell that Brandon really cares about his clients. He is also a warm, friendly person that's a joy to work with. I feel like I learned a lot from him, and I'm definitely going to reach out again the next time I need help.

We started working with Brandon in the summer of this year, just as the GTA real estate market started to get extremely confusing. We were two clueless first time home buyers with a budget, but no real sense of what we could do with it.Over the summer, he helped us navigate the market. He was always quick to respond to our many questions, answering texts and phone calls at all hours of the day. He arranged several viewings with us, and was tremendously helpful at all of them, going over the properties with a fine tooth comb, making suggestions for future upgrades and pointing out any issues he could find, big or small.We ended up putting in a few offers for properties over this time. Brandon was always realistic with us about our chances, and most importantly: was never pushy about us upping our offers, never suggested we go over our budget if we weren't comfortable, or tried to stop us from backing out if we didn't want to send a higher offer.After a few months we found a property we liked, and he helped us negotiate an offer we and the sellers were happy with. After that was accepted, Brandon remained available to help us navigate the murky waters of mortgage approval, spending plenty of time on the phone with us, and making sure we didn't panic when things got confusing.We get the keys tomorrow, and are very happy with our purchase. He helped us find a home with more space than we expected we could afford, in a nice neighborhood close to the amenities we needed, and under budget. All in all, we had a great experience with Brandon and would highly recommend his services.

Working with Brandon has been an amazing experience. He truly cares about his clients needs and is not pushy.As first time home buyers he was and still is a great resource to my partner and I. All of this on a Saturday afternoon, for 2 hours. From day one, he provided us with some excellent tools to be successful in our search for our dream home, including a comprehensive list of contacts he recommends. While there’s no obligation to work with any of these individuals and Brandon makes zero commission off of these referrals, it was handy to have in our back pocket, especially since many of these contacts are tried and true by Brandon’s own clients!At every step of the way Brandon stayed “real”. He offered sound guidance and advice and truly helped us make the best decision for ourselves. He took the time to listen to our concerns, hear out exactly what we needed from the home we were living in, set up appointments in an extremely timely manner, shared observations during visits and made the entire process such a pleasant experience. Brandon is a GEM to work with for so many reasons. Through this whole experience, he’s become a dear friend, someone who we plan to keep in touch with moving forward.Have that first conversation with him, you won’t regret it. Brandon was incredibly helpful in our hunt for an apartment to rent in downtown Toronto. As newcomers to the city, the large volume of rentals available at first glance on a basic Google search was initially very overwhelming to us. Brandon was key in helping us find an apartment from outside of the province, and was always quick to respond to our questions. He helped us narrow down our top choices in an extremely efficient manner while remaining in our target price range.Brandon was also very accommodating where he was able to arrange apartment viewings of our top choices all in the span of a few hours during our quick trip to Toronto. During the viewings, he offered tidbits of information regarding fun things to do when we move to the city, and was quick to point out any potential pitfalls in lease agreements. When we did finally put in an offer on an apartment, the process was so seamless that we had a signed lease from the landlord within 24 hours of our offer. We would definitely recommend Brandon's services!

Brandon has helped us twice, once when we were looking for somewhere to rent and again when we were looking for somewhere to buy. He had patience through our many setbacks and stuck with us through a 9 months search while not putting any pressure on us to hurry up or settle. And he did it all with a good sense of humour. He helped us define our search area and criteria and always gave his honest opinion the condos we looked at. He was also able to point us to a good mortgage broker and solicitor - both of whom guided us through the confusing purchasing process. Brandon is truly the best there is. I am someone who is very anxious and has limited understanding of the buying/selling and mortgage process. Brandon is calm, patient, and ALWAYS a text away. He's able to break things down and make the entire process smooth and even enjoyable. He helped us find our perfect home when we didn't think it was possible. I found Brandon on Reddit and he helped me find my first apartment in Toronto, which I have been in for about a month now. He's honest and prompt with answering emails/questions. For example, even though it wouldn't benefit or profit him, he gave me advice for purpose-built rentals and encouraged me to view them along side him showing me condos/listings.
