Disgusting customer service. After placing my order and waiting for 10 minutes, got home and realized the order was wrong after it was confirmed 3 times! Called and advised them and they made it seem like it was my problem and if course no apology. Then asked me to hold and put the manager on who proceeded to tell me that my order is nothing they ever accommodate when I have been placing the same order at this location for years! I told him that and he virtually called me a liar. I had to tell them I will bring it back as it was not what I ordered Took the order back and no apology for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back there in the rain or for the atrocious customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and I am simply done with them. Extremely disappointed in the establishment.

The pieces of chicken are TINY this is an upgraded 3 piece...the two pieces on the left are supposed to be breasts. The two of them together make one breast! This cost $10-something! I will not be getting KFC again after this. Pure RIP off. Guess it's Mary Brown's for this gal.

Food has gone downhill. Pieces small and some are miscuts. Still has good flavor but size does matter.

Service was awful. The girl who took our order didn’t seem to care at all. When I would tell her what I wanted she would stare back for a few seconds before looking confused and annoyed before repeating what I said like I was wrong. Then when my boyfriend proceeded to order he asked for a regular common menu item to which she replied “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. We were ready to walk out and leave. Food was also mid and not worth it.

Overall, I can't fault the food. We haven't eaten at a KFC in years but I randomly had a craving for a popcorn chicken bowl. So I stopped in on my way home from work to pick it up. A few things stood out - like other reviewers have said, the place isn't overly clean which is important all the time but even more so these days. The menu items we wanted weren't on the menu, but comparable items were for nearly twice the price. I asked the cashier if they still had the items we wanted and she said yes - they just weren't on the board.I ordered our food, which came to $12 for the two of us because I asked about the dishes we wanted. Had I not asked and ordered from the menu, it would have been nearly $25. Seems a bit sneaky to me. Also, after paying and waiting, it turns out they didn't have the spicy popcorn chicken (which she said they did) so I found three packets of hot sauce in the bag.As I said before, I can't fault the food. It was quick and really delicious and plenty of food for two people. They were also kind enough to put my popcorn chicken on the side so it wasn't soggy by the time I got home.If you don't mind having a mediocre experience - this place is a good bet.

I haven't eaten there in years and will not be going back. There was a small, dried up wing, drumstick and other little piece that I don't know what it was, in our three piece meals. Maybe because we used a coupon and they give you the garbage.

It wasn’t busy at all so I asked politely as you guys closed through the drive thru, someone said rudely can you wait…!!!! Like as if I am asking a favour from them to serve. Then we called for the manager to the window instead of apologizing the manager gave us such an attitude that we are at fault. Then I asked who ones this place the manager said nobody. It was very bad kfc experience.

Every time I come here I swear it’s always over a 30 minute wait just for the chicken to cook. Busy or not. Definitely not “fast food”, and often comes out super greasy.
