Pearl Fever Tea House
The girl working here on Nov 29 was super friendly and polite with a genuine smile. I ordered the honey green milk tea. At 50% sweet it was still too sweet for my taste. I wish there was a bit more tea taste as well. Overall, the drinks and especially service are great here.

I didn't get to try the bubble tea because I can't try to eat when I'm too late at night, so I need something without caffeine and I need it something hot because I wasn't feeling the best and it was cold outside. They don't have many options for non-caffeinated hot drinks. At the end I ended up getting a chocolate flavored milk which is basically a super glorified hot chocolate. It was a pretty good hot chocolate. It was $7 though which I'm not sure. I want to pay that much for a hot chocolate and it was definitely a bit on the sweet side so I already had 50% sweet and it will still a bit sweet. Service was friendly though. And there are some seats to sit and chat.

I really like coming to pearl fever to get my bubble tea. They have a LOT of different flavors that I really enjoy like Black milk tea with mango jelly or matcha green tea smoothie. They have cool flavors like oreo and UFO which I think are a cool twist. I really like the vibes of this place too everyone is usually very friendly :)

Most wonderful drink making experience by two lovely baristas on a Wednesday evening at 9:48 PM. We got the peach oolong freshly brewed tea with mango jelly and a chocolate milk with pearls. fast, efficient service, and the drinks were quality. would recommend to my grandkids, I was able to chew the pearls with my dentures. The young man manning the cash register was very lovely and the other worker had very beautiful hair.

We just discovered Pearl Fever Tea House sometime during the summer last year and after introducing a friend of ours to it, she seems to be a fan of them now. When we met up with her in Coquitlam and talked about going for bubble tea, she suggested Pearl Fever and so that's where we went.Last time we went, it was during a BOGO promotion. Since there was no promotion this time, I had a closer look at their regular menu this time. Their offerings include: milk teas, green & black teas, specialty drinks, fruit smoothies, milky smoothies and flavoured milks. There is also a Create Your Own Smoothie" option where you can pick 2 flavours from a list of flavors. After picking your two flavours the next step is to choose a base from the following options: water

Pearl Fever Tea House
This is oneofmy favourite bubble tea places in town. I sometimes drive from Burnaby to come here for bubble tea, the staff are friendly and polite, service is good and the quality is also good. I highly recommend.

Lots of variety here but I come for one thing that I haven’t seen at any other bubble tea place: the cold tofu dessert drink! A must if you like tofu dessert/taho :)I like the option to order a half portion of pearls here. AC is cranked up here, a nice escape from the heat we’ve been having in Vancouver lately.

Ordered a UFO with half sweetness and less ice but was told ice is standard because it’s blended into the drink. What I got was 3/4 cup of ice cubes. The server does not know her drink. What a rip off!! I’ve had better before. So disappointing.

Super-friendly, excellent service, great drinks, AND the debit machine doesn't ask for insanely high tip percentages! The blueberry fruit smoothy is my favourite.

Pearl Fever Tea House
Pretty basic bubble tea spot. No original flavours or anything. But you know what you're getting, it's very consistent across locations. Usually good service and good drinks. We had Taro slush and earl grey milk tea, both were nice.
