Scotia Bank rep. assure me that I will get my credit card on time. due to the reason, I opened my account and get credit card from them. However, after few visits and calls to Scotia bank they mentioned that card was issued but I never received in the branch to pickup. False promises and delay in service from Scotia Bank is not appreciated and lost my trust to the Bank. Scotia Bank should measure their performance carefully and shall have corrective actions or close the doors. Another unhappy customer.........

Most worst bank i can visit in canada, this branch sucks. I went to report my lost card and got heard to back to call online customer service. If i have to call them why you guys sitting over here. Useless representative named by - Gracy/ Grace whatever she is. She needs to sit at home just using there chair for nothing at bank. I wanna rate 0 but they don’t have option

This is an absolutely useless Branch! No Tellers and the ATM's don't work!! The Branch Manager needs to fired and replaced by someone who is responsible enough to keep the ATM 's full. Bad management. Use any other bank in the plaza. This Scotia branch is useless. Bad service Dec 10, 2022 @12.40PM.

Worst and useless branch. Zero customer service. Today is 16 feb and am a customer of scotia since 7 yrs when i was student. Now am using bussiness accounts with scotia. I visit today and i asked for help to get line of credit. And other credit cards. But the lady who had sitting in first room beside receptionist had zero knowledge even i know more than her. Very worst experience with her way of talking.i came home without work done.

Worst customer service. All staff needs to fired right now. They call me to come on Saturday to collect my documents that I need to submit on Monday before 7 am to visa office and they told me they cant help me today cause one person fall sick.So the whole branch and whole Scotiabank running cause of that one person.SICK PEOPLE!

I visited at this branch and the lady named sabeen told me laughed with her collegue while I telling her to make some changes that I was told to make when I reveive my extended study permit. When I told her that this is not the way she was suppose to deal with me and that is not the right way with the customer, she still kept on smiling and making weird faces. Staff like her needs to be trained because the way they behave represents the company they work for!!

Stay away from this bank. I started a small business, my client in the US sent me a small payment more than two weeks ago and I haven't received it to this day. All involved parties confirm that the payment is now with Scotiabank but it's impossible to know the status. Their customer service representatives don't know and the nearest available appointment with a financial adviser is in 3 weeks. They're hardly reachable over the phone because, and I quote, of the unusually" high number of calls
