Very nice and friendly community. A little too close to the US boarder, so your phone thinks you're roaming and will charge you. You also can't use the garbage can on Sundays.

This is a great cooperative housing for 55 plus community. Properties are well maintained and the park is quiet and safe. There is also a community center which is available for functions and the park has many different events throughout the year. Wonderful place to retire and enjoy company of other seniors.

If you are down here near the border, turn off roaming on your cell phone so you don't get extra charges . The USA cell towers are closer and your phone will try and use their first.
