If I could’ve rated it 0 stars I would’ve done it. I got 3 shawarmas and 2 of those were completely destroyed like they didn’t even open them properly and everything just got spilled in the bag

Good place for shawarma. This place features a special everyday, so there's always something new to try. There's a good variety of food with most dishes. The food is good and the price is very reasonable.

Osmow's Shawarma
Osmow's is a nice addition to the Kingsway food court as it never really had a good Mediterranean presence (IMO) and it appears that Osmow's is a pretty successful shawarma chain from Eastern Canada. Please note, much to my disappointment, they do not offer donairs.I've eaten the shawarma here twice and although the meat portions are a touch skimpy, it makes up for it in quality. Both times it was juicy, flavourful and surprisingly consistent. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the falafel, cooked to order and fresh, it was overly dry and dipping sauce is a must. I must say though, the portion I was given for a side was quite generous. I'm not here often but this is my go to for food here and would recommend trying out the shawarmas at Osmow's.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to this amazing restaurant. The owner and his staff were all so friendly. I had the Philly Steak wrap it was so delicious and juicy to the last bite. I’ll be back for sure…. Everyone you must try it…

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Had the lamb shawarma as that is a less common protein at other restaurants. While I found the meat to be good, it is not as well seasoned as other shawarma/donair restaurants. It is like they are relying too heavily on the sauces to bring flavour. Also the assembly results in the veggies being on one side of the wrap and the meat on the other side. Got several bites of just vegetables. Overall the wrap was average.

Very disappointed because I was hoping for authentic shawarma and this was not it. The 'garlic sauce' tasted like ranch and like it had dairy in it and the website does not even have its ingredients listed (one of our party cannot have dairy). Shawarma garlic sauce is literally supposed to be made of garlic and oil only and not drenching the entire dish. The meat was not freshly carved off the stick but instead cold andd reheated.

This is a fairly new kiosk in the Kingsway Garden Mall Food Court. My wife and I were impressed with the experience. The service was good but more importantly the food was great. We both had the lamb swarma wrap and throughly enjoyed it. We also had the fatuoush salad as a side. We really enjoyed both. We definitely recommend coming here for good food and we will come back again.

Pricey and stingy. Sandwich is small, and they only give water if you pay for it. I wanted to avoid plastic bottle waste by getting tap water, but they will only sell you bottled water. How woke is that? I asked for mild spice, and now my mouth is burning. Suddenly, I'm even more thirsty. Go figure. Another customer was put off by how cheap they are and let them know. The staff, of course, told them to get lost, and they weren't very polite about it and didn't want to address the issue. I guess this company doesn't care about its image or repeat customers.There are many other vendors in the mall who've been here for 30 years. Take a lesson from their books unless you only want to be in business for 3 months. Ouch that will cost the franchise a few bucks, eh!Best of luck
