TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I really like the service in this branch. Workers are professional. Work quickly and well. The clerk can solve almost all the issues. In another brunch, in order to transfer money abroad, you must pre-book a meeting. I am pleased with this brunch

Worst Service…. I mean the line up 7 to 9 people in Line, and 1 Teller operating … All the Offices have staff at their desks, I counted 8 Staff members all walking around looking busy but no one opens Up a Teller Kiosk to provide Service to Customers in Line ! Where is the Bank Manager ???

Great bank in town but sure the staff has changed alot here not like before I new every body it's to bad it happened this way.

Clean, organized and professional staff , parking however is a different story

I don’t understand what’s happening with costumer service. It sucks. 2 tellers and a full line up. Disgusting

This branch is awful about customer services, every morning there is a big line inside and waiting, every time i wait about one hour exact one hour in line , people in the mornings want to go to work they need to o bank work very fast and go to work but about one hour people are waiting and no one care about that , there is no manager and no good management there. Some customers should have make an appointment with an agent because they have lots of work and paperwork and some customer have small quickly counter work . I hate this branch

Came here to do banking was very quiet 11 am on Tuesday. Most office people were twiddling their fingers and when I asked to open an investment account they don't want to take a break from doing nothing and want me to come back when it's good for them.

Had an appointment at 11am. No one at front desk. Super long line at tellers. Caught branch manager coming in at 11:10 with a Starbucks drink, told me “no one has been at welcome desk for years”. Asked me for my name and who my appointment was with and disappeared. And never showed up. A lady was in her office (of which I was outside of for 25min). She finally came out and asked me what I needed and said my appointment was with her. The branch manager continued to ignore me. Another lady called me rude and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Then the lady whose office with closed door I was outside of for 25min and who was supposed to be serving me told me “you didn’t need to come in” and “don’t take it personally”. At the end I just broke down crying. I was a teller at TD for years, I know what it’s like to deal with mean customers. But when they’re at fault, when you wronged your client, who has a small crying baby at home and who needs her Mom, seriously people. Find some kindness.

Visited this branch at end of July to open a bank account for mother-in-law. I made it very clear that the only reason we are opening this account is because we need bank statement as proof of address to apply OHIP.Thanks" to TD. It's October now

Worst service ever. The branch refused to cash my TD cheque, and said they can only deposit into an account. What if I dont have a TD account? I simply wanted to cash my TD cheque, and the manager refused to do a simple job. Went to the next branch and I was able to cash the cheque in 5 minutes. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.
