For 3+ years I have been noticing everything going downhill at this location. Gravy became brown water with the occasional chuck of pepper floating in it. No coating on the chicken & the seasoning seems to have been sprinkled in the air. It hasn’t been KFC for a while. I had almost given up on KFC until I found the recently opened store on Zimmerman.I accept that KFC has & will change. But if it changes to what this store offers…I’m done. It’ll be Popeyes or Mary Browns.

The chicken was to greasy. Had to call to get a refund. They didn't refund because they could not see the food. It was because we had threw it out in the garbage.

The Worst location in Saskatoon always no chicken and bunch of lazy staff. I went to the drive thru around 10:30 pm and they close at 11pm. Staff said there’s no more chicken and it will be 45 min wait. Too many excuses too lazy to cook. I used to work for KFC at idylwyld the manager never ran out of chicken especially on Tuesday before they clean the kitchen and the front.

I bought 10pcs. chicken for $31 including tax, and I was really disappointed when I got home, they mixed it with really small parts and they hide it under the big ones! what a trick!!! people in this store should learn their product standards. will not but here anymore!!!

I was there on the the weekend so I decided to buy kfc for my family. I get home and pull out the chicken, boy was i disappointed! I ordered an 8 piece bucket and they gave me 3 small wings 2 breasts and 3 legs as small as a hot wing. The gravy sucked it was bland no taste. I will never order from there again. Chicken was so greasy too. Use to be good chicken now not worth the 46$ I spent there.

Family got KFC 18 piece meal for Father's day. We all noticed there was an odd flavor to the chicken, almost smoked flavor which was predominantly to the skin. Not the normal flavor for sure and made for a poor meal for Father's day. If this is the new flavor then no more KFC for us.

Yikes!!! Ordered Again for the first time in eleven months. It tasted just as bad then as it did today. Thought after some time I would try again. BIG MISTAKE and a huge waste of $50. Chicken was so greasy I had to drain it onto paper towel before trying to eat it! Took the bucket over to my kitchen sink and watched the grease pour out....ewwwww.And gravy was so terribly bland that I had to add salt and pepper to it.Such a HUGE shame as KFC is not cheap and certainly doesn't taste like it did decades ago, as a kid.And this location is probably the WORST one in S'toon!!!!!!Either its time to find a new owner or new management. Clearly with the amount of bad reviews they just don't give a rat's a$$. Also, if you notice, they never respond back to any of the reviews written either!!!!

The worst chicken I have ever had!! My husband and I could not eat it. The coating was soft, and soggy with grease. We tried cooking it in the airfryer to dry it out. The amount of grease that came out was disgusting!!Then it was placed on paper towel....more grease. It all went into ghe garbage. Couldn't even feed it to the dogs, didn't want them to be sick. People....dont eat here!!!

Needless to say I will never eat here ever again, I already ingested half my meal before I found maggot eggs in my food
