I used to regularly go here. Now I'm not so sure. I booked with them to get my nails professionally removed as to avoid hurting myself. Unfortunately they ended up cuting through my nail and nail bed and caused me to have to get my nail removed for stitching. They made me pay full price and never offered anything else to make up for the immense pain they caused. I walked out of there crying because I knew I'd need to get my thumb fixed since it wouldn't stop bleeding. I really wish they atleast didn't make me pay but they couldn't even lend me that.

Very bad customer services. I called a week early to book appointment but when i show up the guy told me i was not on the list. I wont waste my time showing up their without appointment. I asked him again if my name was not really on their list he said no sorry your not in our list. I was walking away to my car he followed me that he will check again. What’s the point you already told me i am not in your list of appointment. Place is also disgusting and no sanitization. I will never come back again even you guys good at nail art.

Things changed when new owners came in and everyone switched... Natalie was great till she left then I went to another girl and it wasn’t the same.., I hear good and bad things now... since COVID. I haven’t been back and do my own nails at home...Love this place! Never an issue and beautiful nails! Been going here for 2 yearsUpdate October 2019..still go to soie! Love it always keeping my claws sharp n fabulous

I had my first acrylic set in years! It was a great experience. The lady was kind and put a lot of detail into her work.A few weeks later...I returned for the fill and toe polish; I had a girl who was not very gentle; she rushed and was unpleasant towards me.I had to come back the next day for her to fix three nails on the same hand due to uneven length, and now one of my nails has what appeared to be a bubble... I was going to tip when she finished fixing it, as gratitude for her time, but she got up abruptly and left without saying a word.Not a very lovely experience. I will take my business back to Pinks, where I have always had a good experience with their staff.

this is my first time to soie Nails , I just want to say very good service , friendly staff . I come here for a pedicure, I love the way they give the massages a very comfortable feel. Come and experience it you will not be disappointed. love it.

Love this place, and I've tried just about every salon on town since I moved here a year ago. Get my regular nail fills done and they have amazing selection and creativity. Always leave happy!

Got the pedicure from hell here this morning. The water was ice cold. Asked them to add warm water and they really didn't make it much warmer. Guy who did my feet had to be told to scrap them. Which he did for all of 1 minute. I live down south and this place would be out of business in a week with the way this guy does pedicures. Oh and I'm sorry but $35 for a pedi is way to expensive for what you get here.

Got my nails done on Friday, I’m a single mom so I was tired and was just enjoyed getting my nails done.. I was so happy with them I tipped extra but when I got home my nails were so uneven and the nail design isn’t what I wanted.... I’m honestly so upset…
