I never take the time to do reviews (good or bad). This is my first and if I could give Chad 10 stars I would! My elderly mother's LG fridge (under 5 years old) stopped working. Called Chad on Wednesday and he was able to get the part and had it fixed Friday afternoon. When he arrived I asked him if he could look at the dishwasher as well and he fixed that too on the same call! Cost of both fixes was very reasonable. Now the real kicker is I had called a large appliance repair company first. They came and told me to call Bugs Repair to fix the fridge cause he will do it a lot cheaper, like a $1000 cheaper! and the dish washer was not fixable. This wonderful advice cost my elderly mother a mere $203. They should be embarrassed and I will be leaving a review on their website as well. It will be the second review I will have ever posted:(

I’ve had Bug’s Appliance out three times. He was just out to fix my dryer which is under warranty. The company was giving me the run around for two weeks. I contacted Chad and they dealt with the matter very quickly. Chad is professional and good at what he does.

Chad was great to deal with. Fixed my stove in about 11 minutes. Repair was much less than quoted. No hassle just gets the job done right!!!

We’ve used Bugs Appliance Repair for a few years and Chad has always been great. Today my husband Brock had him in as the water was not going into the dishwasher. Chad identified the problem instantly pointed out the spoon hidden in the corner under the float. Removal of the spoon quickly repaired the problem. Chad was kind enough not to charge for the visit but my husband will suffer the pangs of family ridicule for some time. Thanks Chad.

Purchased appliance and had the company complete the installation to ensure that the warranty was solid. The install of the ventless dryer was done incorrectly and was leaking all over the laundry area. Bugs Appliance repair were sent by LG to fix the problem. He did it quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much for your excellent work!

I had a problem with my Washing machine and Chad wasn't able to come and take a look before I had to leave for camping but he walked me through how to fix the problem myself over the phone! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've used Bug's Appliance Repair a few times now and have always been impressed with the high level of customer service. They get back to me quickly and have fair prices.
