Do not buy tires online. I bought 4 tires online and pick up here. Only 5 months after one of tires failed. They said I did not ask for insurance they never offer to me. They didn't say anything during the purchase, pickup or installation. AND they did not have the exact tire cause it was no longer in production.. So they sell me a tire was not in production and have no way to replace it if any of them failed.. As a result I had to pay additional $300 to get the tires fixed.. BTW they initially want me to pay for the hole thing again more than $1000. So, make yourself a favour and do not buy the tires online.. but it at the store and ask them for the insurance.

This Canadian tire has more than others, like a general store, you can find lots of sporting equipment, auto accessories, camping equipment, etc at a lower price compared to specialized store. I was able heated blankets and I was satisfied, I recommend this place for anyone who is looking any household item at a better price than some others.

Horrible delivery!! The delivery men dragged the treadmill box (which weighed about 250-300lbs) down the stairs, cracking the edge of the first step in multiple places.The store kept making excuses (even gaslighting me) as to why they should not help and refused to repair/compansate for the damages they obviously caused.The guy I spoke to was quick to point out that there was no legal liability for them since I had already signed the form (the damages didn't stand out at first glance, so my wife and I only noticed after they left). They told us that they always drag items down the stairs for other customers and never had any problems... We have never seen anotherdelivery or moving company doing this, even with heavier items. We really regret purchasing delivery from them or even dealing with them at all. Very unprofessional!!

Frequently visited this place. While there are a lot of items, sometimes hard to find basics from the weekly flyer. Had also bad experience picking up online order before, and never tried again pick up here. Let alone trying to return a purchased item even within the two weeks timeframe, so if I buy anything I make sure I won't have to return it because not easy to. Customer service not customer oriented.

Called for some basic information if an item was in stock in store and lady that was handling customer care in store transferred me , someone answered, I then asked the same question. I got transfers again and I could tell someone was on the phone I kept saying hello and they kept putting me on hold and off hold I guess hoping I would hang up and then off hold again and then they hung up on me .WORST CANADIAN TIRE EVER!!!!! If I could give -10000 stars I would like c”mom I’m just trying to fulfil a Christmas wish and you can’t even help
