Good lord, what happened to Best Buy? Don't bother calling - its impossible to speak to a human at the actual location... AT ANY STORE. You'll get a call center no matter what you press on the automated phone system.Now if anyone has shopped at a Best Buy in the last 15 years, you'll know one thing for sure: their inventory system is HORRIBLY inaccurate. So whether a website tells you something is in stock, or a call center agent says the same thing, typically you'll still need to call the store to get a human to actually verify the thing is ACTUALLY there....but now you can't do that. Staff in store no longer take calls".I know retail is dying

Bought my screen protector for my A13 here and it broke. They replaced it (per warranty), installed it for me (no 2nd fee), AND gave me a small refund because the price had dropped sine the purchase date. Basically, they paid me to fix my phone for me! Above and beyond.

Selected curb side pickup for my order. No one was in line in front of me. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes I decided to just go into the store. There were multiple staff standing around and clearly no one had even checked to see if anyone was waiting for online pickup. Very frustrating to have curbside pickup listed as an option when it would have been faster to go into the store and get it myself versus paying online ahead of time.

I think some of their prices are high for at least their low end laptops. A laptop with a CPU 4 generations old (I3 series 9 years old) was on sale for 500 dollars. Regularly just over 600 dollars. I think that is unrealistic pricing.

Brought in a warranty concern and was on my way with a new device in under half an hour, thanks to Navdeep, she was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. The staff there genuinely wanted to help and it is appreciated considering I didn’t buy from their specific store. 5/5 would recommend.

I have bought a monthly membership for best buy, and some other purchases. I've so far, had no issues. I walked in, waited for a few moments, I was helped out the customer service desk quite quickly. I brought my laptop in a week ago, they fixed the software issues problem for me. I'm very pleased w/ their work on my laptop so far. I'd definitely recommend this best buy to Sherwood Park and Edmonton ppl. I plan on going there again for another purchase soon. The monthly payment is $20.99 a month. You can bring in multiple electronics that's not under warranty.

I was looking to purchase a tv mount, but having never mounted a tv before I didn’t know where to start. The staff at this store were very helpful and explained the differences and helped me to pick one that suited my living space. If you’re looking to shop at a store where the staff are friendly and know their products, I recommend this one.

Went in looking for a smart watch that reads blood pressure and that model was out of stock. They did have several watches but only one that read blood pressure and we decided to pass for now. This isn't a large store but covers the basics. The two gentlemen tending the store were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for electronics in Sherwood Park.
