Le ART

In July, I will be moving to Le Art. Throughout the process, Ashley, the leasing agent, has been incredibly professional. During my two visits, she took the time to show me the available units and answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Adequately nice apartments, good location. However, would not recommend as sinks and drains would clog consistently, odd aroma from ventilation system. Management is usually rude-staff are quite nice. Absurd charges if keys are forgotten while taking out the trash. Elevators are extremely slow and usually broken. There is a sense of cheapness in the apartments and lobby that really ties together with the tacky decor. Rent prices are way too high for the quality of this building. Packages are always left in the lobby and usually stolen, requires a fob to go to each floor so if visiting friends on another level you'd have to meet them in the lobby because your fob only works for your floor, as well as not being able to use the intercom if you don't have a Quebec number. The terrace has a BBQ and hottub which are both never maintained and aren't accessible 24/7. Ceilings are seriously low in some apartments and give that living in a box" feel. Internet is included but highly recommend getting your own as it turns off randomly. Overall

I recommend Le Art 100%. It is truly a peaceful place to live. The location is awesome, located downtown between both green and orange subway lines. (Guy Concardia and Lucien L'Allier).Everything is pretty close by walking distance which is very convenient : Groceries store, Centre bell, Sainte Catherine street, Centre Eaton.I would like to deeply thank the leasing agent Ashley Ramdass which worked really hard to help me get the appartment. She is a wonderful person, very kind, so efficient and committed in her daily work. I recommend her service, you wouldn't be disappointed.PS: I did not ranked 5 stars because you can find better facility services dowtown. The gym is a bit small, the pool is only available during summer times as it is outside on the rooftop. There is no receptionist at the lobby. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

Ashley was simply fantastic and made the entire rental process go smoothly. She worked around my viewing schedules and was always quick to respond to my questions.

The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. I had to do a lease transfer and Ashley and Imitiaz were so patient, knowledgeable and was part of the process every single step; I could not have asked for better care. Ashley made the whole transfer process so smooth and great, I will be forever grateful! Thank you!

Had a bit of an emergency and the building manager (Imtiaz Sultan) and maintenance man (Dustin) helped brilliantly. Quick response, informative and resourceful - got a spare key the next day. Thank you!!!

After a very positive experience viewing the Unit ( virtually and then in-person), I signed the contract.Ashley, the leasing agent, had done a marvelous job introducing me to the building. She sent me the videos of three different units and explained their differences. She then kept me up to date by email, sending me all the required documents to be finished online for convenience.Ashley is friendly and professional. I highly recommend her.

I'm currently staying in Le Art after a very positive experience viewing, signing and moving into the unit.Ashley the leasing agent had done a marvelous job introducing me to the building, showing me multiple units and explaining the difference between them. She then kept me up to date by email, sending me plan units, photos, videos and all the required documents to be finished online for convenience.I also couldn't have asked for a better treatment from the other Agent Imtiaz who welcome me and informed me about everything needed to live in the building.All in all I highly recommend Ashley and Imtiaz for their friendly and professional treatment.

Imtiaz and Ashley are the most helpful building managers you'll ever deal with.I've had to transfer the lease to someone else, they have been super helpful in arranging the process and providing clarity and assistance each step of the way.Thank you for your continuous assistance.

I had the best experience with the leasing agent Ashley, she really went above and beyond to accommodate me and making sure I had the best service.She followed up with me after the tour and was outstanding in her communication. I highly recommend reaching out to her for all your rental needs. 10/10 with her involvement in the whole process!
