Have been going here for years. The staff has always been real nice. Other Labs have a hard time finding my veins, these girls always find it, these girls here no problem, they draw the blood , it is always painless,

This laboratory is a joke ! The wait is unreal. Line of people waiting out side and in vehicles with pagers. This place is way too small and cannot handle the number of people it needs to service. Under staff and only a couple of small service rooms is definitely not ok and is not safe. I will definitely try an other place next time.. to see weak, sick,elderly, people in a line up waiting for blood work etc. In sub zero temperatures needs to be address. Why are we lacking in an important area of health care ?

Brutal just brutal. I have a standing order for blood work born raised in BC I travel for work all over BC and Alberta usually can get my blood work done anywhere. They turned me away. Wow. Just wow.

Went to this location I walked in to be told to leave, I was very surprised considering they did not even look at my recresition for blood work needed since last year I have not had time off to get this checked, my ferritin has dropped to 3 before, once it gets to 2 your deceased as a individual, glad to see they would rather see me dead then to be helped! so I know what dose of iron I should be taking at this time. This is by far the worst service in town. I suggest to think twice before bringing family members that you love here.

Close to my Dr. office. Unlike some, I understand the dilemma all the front line workers are dealing with since this pandemic started. I drive by and see the line ups, I just leave because I am unable stand for long periods. I just try to get there earlier. Staff are always efficient and friendly..I never go anywhere else!!

Frequent visitor here for blood tests. The waiting room can get crowded some days - especially Monday mornings it seems - although that probably shouldn't come as a surprise. If people have been fasting and arrive, the staff always asks them to confirm. And they'll generally be looked after as priority. That and people that need to provide samples of product other than just a blood test - they also get priority. But having said that, I've never waited that long - I'm learned to visit them when the waiting room rarely has more than a couple people. Staff is competent, friendly and efficient.

Super happy I brought my son here! He is just five and was super scared to have bloodwork done. They were very welcoming only had to wait maybe 3 mins. Two ladies came in sat him on my lap and were so good at distracting him he didn’t even notice the needle. Bravo and thank you so much for the best possibly experience for him for this situation!

I really enjoy the staff they make an effort to get to know me. There is always one lady that might be a supervisor every time I say something positive to her she always have something negative to say. The other staff make up for it anyways. Smile :)
