This woman was amazing. The first place I went to (Queen's Dry Cleaners) had high Google ratings as well. The owner seemed incredibly annoyed I was even asking him if the stain was set in very bad sweat and make-up stains in ring around the collar in my trench coat. She looked at it carefully, asked how long it had been, and said while she couldn't guarantee it, she would try her best. She got it all out within 3 days. Could not recommend more.

I’ve come to this location now for almost 3 years, and I find the owner very friendly, sweet and professional! She’s very accommodating, and someone I would trust with all my alterations/ repairs.Every time I come in I’m greeted with such a warm smile, and you pay for such knowledge and experience!! :)

Left two pairs of pants here to be hemmed and one to have the waist taken in. The owner there is friendly and efficient, and transparent about the prices which are more than fair. Pant hemming was $13.50 per pair and fixing the waist was $18.There is a little corner for you to change if needed and the owner will pin the measurements and ask for your comfort, preference, type of shoes you plan to wear, etc. They accommodated my request and the alterations were done in a quick 3 days.

Amazing service, I had brought in a second hand wool sweater to be dry cleaned that happened to have some small holes on the sleeve, didn't realize until I was wore the sweater that they had fixed the holes. Thank you. <3

Brought a white military jacket to be cleaned and have the neckband altered. Admittedly I was dissatisfied when I first received it back — it was still somewhat yellow around the neck and the alteration was not aligned well. However, I brought it back and the owner completely understood and addressed my problems. The jacket is now extremely bright white and the neckband has been altered perfectly. I would recommend this business and will return in future!

I dropped by because of the positive feedback. I had a jacket with a zipper that wasn’t functioning well because of wear and tear. The friendly lady behind the counter fixed it within a couple of minutes.
