since they open new section self service coffee was good , now very badthe expresso machine not working well i told few staff to fix or adjustthe machine but no one is listening , more often no coffee cup sizes.àtoday they dont have any coffee cup they told to used soft drink cupand last floor always dirty and lots of flies ,

Service is crappy. The guys at the cash gives way too much attitude. Not friendly at all. And plays loud music at certain hours.

Worst customer experience ever even when i was polite about needing to do change.The employee at the cash was extremely rude and spoke at me in a forceful manner.She obligated me to buy something if i wanted to change a 5$ bill...Literally told me to leave the store in the rudest manner.

The buzzer doesn't work. It’s so frustrating waiting outside in the cold. It’s been like that for at least two years and I always tell them and hasn’t changed.

Notre-Dame location is the best convenience/grocery store in the area, the staff is super friendly, always. The store is always clean.

This is the dirtiest Couche-Tard i've ever been, i get coffees from there usually. Its always dirty and no one cares to clean the coffee machine and maintain it, and staff are playing with their phones instead of doing their job; Management got a serious issue here. Hope at least this make a bit of difference!
