Soon as 7/11 owned this location it is one the worst places to go for Tim Hortons. Its like they get mad at you for coming in, and coffee is almost always empty.

The touchless car wash is a total waste of money and a rip off.The wash cycle is way too fast to get all the dirt off and the drying cycle needs to be at least twice as long to prevent drips.I washed my SUV there yesterday and was unhappy with the results - I went to talk to the person working at the counter but she was gossiping (it seemed anyway) with a bunch of young girls and she told me to wait outside.I couldn't be bothered so I just came home and gave it a proper wash.Never again.

I have had problems with the car wash tiger wash" not doing a very good job on my vehicle. The gas station is fine and they are pretty patient with all the young kids and teens they have coming through their place."

It sprays soap then rinses it off 20 sec later. My car was nearly as dirty as before it went in. Worst car wash I’ve been to. Won’t go here again.

We live just down the street from this gas bar/convenience store/Tim Hortons vendor.I have been inside this store once.I had a really poor experience with the young lady I encountered at this gas station working behind the counter.I spent my childhood travelling with my uncles during the summer going to somepretty gnarly truck stops and this girl's attitude was more appropriate for a job at one of those establishments.I'm pretty sure she was not trained to talk the way she did. Maybe she was having a bad day but her service was subpar.

The owner of this gas station is rude, judgmental and discriminatory. I have been getting gas and coffee at this location for 12 years. I met the owner today for the first time and ill never go to this store again and I'll pass it on to everyone I know to do the same. I have a mask exemption for medical reasons and as soon as I walked in the owner was rude , I replied that I was mask exempted an he rolled his eyes and said something rude under his breath. I suggested I could take my business else where even though I go there with no mask any other time and the staff is very polite about it . As I left i saud iv never had anyone be so rude to me over me having an exemption , he said i was rude by not wearing one and continued making me feel unworthy of being at his store . I left crying while and still had to pump my gas .

I just picked up my kids from school downtown. On our way home we decided to stop off and grab coffee. while we are sitting in the car, the manager comes out and tells me to move along and that I've been sitting idle to long. He then starts taking pictures of my license plate and other people's plates. That's when I lost it and got out and started screaming at him and he told me to get going and that I cant be there. So I went into his store and told my kids to leave there coffee and other items there. We did not purchase anything and will never return again
