Their web site was very helpful in explaining how to use the twin-wall poly-carbonate products. They sent me some samples ( I paid for shipping) that really helped me plan how to use and connect the sheeting with the U and H channels. They were always prompt in answering my emails, though it took a little while to correct minor errors in the quote. I only needed the large washers but they are included with the bags of screws, so I had to take 150 screws as well. The products were cut to my specifications and everything was delivered in good time with no damage. I haven't yet started my project, but plan to do so soon.

Wonderful experience throughout. We visited the store, and Dhruvi was very patient and answered all of our questions. I thought that she was just the receptionist, but she was very knowledgeable. I needed the plexiglass in a rush, and the company was very accommodating to get it to us earlier. Even the lady making the delivery was very friendly, arrived right on time, and took the sheets to the backyard when requested. Product is very good quality and has UV protection. Worth the extra cost, especially when enclosing a covered deck. Would absolutely recommend this company, and will definitely use again for other projects.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! MULTIPLE FAILURES: several measures calculated wrong. Sent items without prior confirmation of schedule delivery as per initial agreement. Charged extra for delivery outside of the business hours " because of their fault. They said will replace/exchange the mirror that was wrongful calculated by their employee but I need to bring back the wrong cut one. I said I will pay for another delivery and nothing. Ultimately and the most important MIRRORS ARE GARTBAGE! Literally

BEWARE, NOT HONEST! They sold me a 3/4 27x42" plexiglass window (about $450) that had a 10" cut in it that they did not inform me of and as it was bubble wrapped and possibly on the downside when they loaded it into my car it was not noticeable until when installing it a week later. Upon preparing it for installation and removing the protective film
