Shell Road Trail
Nice well kept walking trail going 3 km between Williams and Westminster. Dogs off lash area. Away from traffic. Roadside parking near Williams trail head. You can go further from Westminster to Alderbridge but the trail becomes narrower, softer and wetter and right next to traffic

Only been there once, it's a good place to wind down in summer evenings!!Even better if the dog owners could keep their dogs on leash!!

Beautiful and quiet. Dogs, Bike's and joggers or strollers all intermingling peacefully together. However,in the rain it sucks like any other park . Luckily for us it doesn't rain much after May .

Shell Road Trail
Go there a few times a week on my bike. Shade, quiet weekdays, and quiet. Early evenings can be busier with people walking and a few cyclists. Most of the trail is wide but a few people walk in groups don't move aside.

Great trail on the east side of Richmond. Also great because it's allows for dogs off leash. Runs parallel with the train track. Nice to have a trail with a bit of cover when its either too hot or rainy out.

Well maintained trail that is great for walking or running, there is a good amount of foot traffic so it is pretty safe. Lots of friendly dogs as well.

Not so good with brambles etc sneaking onto trail. However for someone getting back into cycling this is a good safe area to be in. A few dog walkers seen but hardly a soul on a week day afternoon.

Simple but long urban trail. Removed from traffic and urban sounds. Nothing to look at but still a nice walk on a manicured and well worn/established trail.

There's no noise, but the sound of the wind blowing and the wind passing through my body calms me down
