I reached out to the team as I was looking for custom insoles for my cycling shoes. Easy to book an appointment and Stephan came right to my condo. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt like he truly cared about my requests. I cycle competitively so I needed a stiff insole and he knew exactly which material to construct the sole out of. Very impressed with the fit and quality of the insoles and would recommend to anyone looking for sports specific insoles.

These orthotics are like walking on a cloud but they still provide the necessary form and structure to reduce my foot, knee and back pain. Turnaround time was quick and the in-home assessment provided by Steve was both safe and convenient. Orthotics are lightweight but durable.

Excellent service and experience! Home service and initial consultation was professional and took about 15min. Was having serious leg pain and at times had difficulty waking 5+km. I ordered these orthotics immediately before a trip to the east coast. Tremendous help. Hiked 20-30km most days and was completely fine. These Orthotics were exactly what I needed. Highly recommend
