Winmar did an amazing job for a major water leak issue during the recent rain storm. They arrived promptly; were courteous went over the damage and assessment and began the clean up process including dehumidifiers and moving items. Bob and his team were great and communicated effectively. The final bill was very reasonsable and lower than another competitor. I would highly reccomend Winmafor restoration services.

Still waiting for payment after completing the job on Oct 25 No response to multiple emails and voice messages requesting status. My team and I bent over backwards to accommodate their near impossible timelines in an effort to help our client. Very communicative up to that point. I would not resort to writing a review like this without at least discussing the issue, but I am not being responded to in any way.

Our basement suite was recently flooded and Winmar Vancouver was called in to do the restoration work. In parallel, we also engaged them to renovate our bathroom, converting the tub into a walk in shower.We had the pleasure of working with Graham, who was very knowledgeable, forthcoming and most importantly, trustworthy. He was always easily reachable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Customer service was definitely important to him.We also worked a lot with his very dependable and friendly crew lead, Slavko. He was very experienced and no challenge was too big for him. He had a very skilled crew, who did very good quality work and always kept the work site clean.Over the course of the project, a lot of different people came onsite. However, each and every employee, such as Terry and Sandra, or partners like Julian, Vasile, Edmund or James, were all very professional and took pride in their work. This is a good reflection of the high standards Winmar expects from everyone they work with.The overall experience with Winmar was very good and we couldn’t be happier with the final results of restoration and our transformed bathroom. We would recommend Winmar to anyone requiring restoration/renovation work done.

We were flooded out, Sandra & the Contents crew boxed us up in 2 days , moved us out in storage in 4 days. Upon return , Winmar delivered our contents , helped us unpack. Oh yeah , all of this & nothing broken. They deserve more than 5 stars.

So happy with Kristie and Sandra’s work on our house. They were so kind and efficient. They had a team with them and they did such a lovely job putting everything back. They took time and really made our house feel like a home again after being out of it for months. Can not thank them enough. They were honest and very trustworthy, and took all the anxiety out of having strangers in our home. They treated it like it was theirs and respected everything.

Our claim was small compared to other home insurance claims. I am on my 3rd project manager as the first two quit. The quality of the work is good, but it took 6 weeks to get the job started and I have been held hostage with 12 visits to the house and at least 2-3 more before the job will be complete. I should have taken the insurance buyout - 1 contractor and 10 days max vs 4 months.
